Wasn’t the best but seemed understaffed. Busy right at 4pm automatically a 30 min wait. Nothing but kids working, no manager present at anytime of our visit. From the time we ordered til the food came out took 1hr waited so long on the food, given a 10 top sat before us. Also I think the waitress lost my order and came back and asked me again what I had.
We went and it was over a hr wait that is crazy and there was a lot of empty tables

Great service and tasty food! Lots of sides options and variety of foods that we appreciated - it's not just all the same thing rearranged. I had to ask our server, Erica Session, for her name; she was AWESOME! You'd think she was friends with everyone coming in to eat; she was very friendly toward everyone but also attentive (we didn't have to ask for anything she either offered or had already done it)!
Section E Erica was the best server my friend group and I had last night for my birthday! She was very attentive, friendly and she constantly came over to check on us, give us refills etc. The food was great and I will be asking to get her again when I go back in. As a host that works at another restaurant, the hosts were friendly and also welcoming :) Kudos for Ericaaaa!

Terrible service. Stood waiting for carryout for over 25 minutes to order. Then stood for 20 minutes after the 25 minutes we always outside to pick up food not one person came to the back pickup counter it was over 7 people standing and waiting. Someone in a pink shirt who I'm guessing was the manager came, told us a lie that they were double checking our orders, walked off and then didn't even come back. A gentleman who was off the clock was walking out the door and decided to step back in and ask us had we already ordered and did we need help. He literally went to the back got five orders all at once and had all of us out of there with cold food that he clearly been sent back there within 3 minutes.
I visited this Chili's location ordered by app Double Old Timer cheeseburger with fries. The DOTCB was pretty good and the fries were well seasoned. I wish they would of have more seasoned fries. I waited at the desk for my order at least 5 minutes.
I had buffalo wings 👍🏾 Fries were cold, I had to asked for water, no straw. Wait was long. The service is horrible, and I pick up a door dash order once I left dinner, again waited 12 minutes for anyone to address myself and the other 3 customer waiting.

Terrible service, our waitress couldn’t remember anything! Food took over an hour to come out we ended up getting it to go. Wasn’t busy maybe 4 other tables in there. Other tables were complaining about the service.

Absolutely amazed how good everything is here. I don’t just give 5 star reviews for fun you earn those. Service was excellent, the food was damn good I’m talking super good. I had the trio fajitas the chicken and steak was super tender the shrimp to die for. Drinks and dessert were also on point. Wanna change it up and not be disappointed go there.
