Jordan at Chili’s was amazing! From the moment we sat down, Jordan was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out hot and exactly right, and the whole experience felt easy and welcoming. You can tell Jordan genuinely cares about great service. The server was horrible. She never gave us napkins, asked if we wanted drink refills, or checked on our food. We ordered 4 appetizers but didn't get any plates to eat the off of. I really dislike that Chili's keeps changing their menu. You can't count on them having the same menu item twice. The food is all so spicy that I couldn't even eat it.

Yesterday 11/29 it was my daughter 17th birthday and my nephew birthday. Our waitress Jay was amazing. She was very sweet, she had patience, and overall just amazing. You can tell she loves her job, and treat people how she wants to be treated. I can’t even put all the words together how amazing she was. She deserves to be employee of the year. I will definitely come back, just because of her. I usually don’t do reviews, but she honestly deserves a shout out!!! Thank you so much Jay!!!! 🩷

We came in on veterans days. The service and attention to details were absolutely superb. My mother wanted a lot of things customized, they made it happen to her exact requests. The new menu is refreshing very tasteful with everything we ordered. The rib eye and shrimp combo is at a great price the quality meat was on point cooked right to medium-rare! I did request heavy seasoning on my dish they nailed this. While the menu is smaller then normal, I feel this gives them time to perfect what is on the menu! I hope they keep with these standards and quality. This restraunt is back on our go to list!
