I come to this chili’s alll the time, at least 1 or twice every two weeks. I came here last night with my family. We were split up in two tables but me and my sister sat at Table 71 i think. We were seated by a very nice man. He sits us down until our waiter is ready. When this lady Katelyn comes to us, she comes to us in a very negative mood/aura. The whole time she was our waiter she had an attitude and did not write me and my sister’s order’s down which contributed to 2 orders being mess up and ans 1 item missing. After ordering and waiting at least 35-40 minutes, she does not come to check on us nor give us an update on our food & every time we ask her for something she just gives off the “ughhhh, i really don’t feel like doing all of that but it’s my job so i have to”. Soo me and my sister food comes and my sister’s food was alll correct and part of her meal were forgotten. She had the sampler wich came with various appetizers but my sister just got sliders and bone in wings with her’s with a side of fries. Katelyn brought out the sampler with sliders and boneless wings and no fries. we waited for at least 20 minutes to see if she was going to bring them or just come back to check on us and she did not. I had the 3 for me. So my starter (caesar salad) comes out with my food (came out 35-40) minutes after ordering and the food tasted horrible. I got the cajun chicken pasta which I get every single time and it was not good. So I let katelyn know and as she’s carrying her attitude I tell her the replacement order I would like (salmon, loaded mash, and asparagus to go). After ordering, this time it took her 35 minutes to check back on us and bring my salmon out. I get home and open this dinner, and i was in shock. This katelyn had messed up on my food again. In the container was loaded mash, salmon, and street corn. Everything was just thrown in the container and even though i didn’t order street corn, it looked so unappealing and appetizing. I hadn’t eaten all night at the restaurant and now not even at home fue to this horrible food quality. So i ended up wasting my money on all this food to not even eat any of it and a horrible experience from the waitress katelyn.Parking: Has great and a lot of parking

It took about an hour before we were even seated.( The kitchen was backed up ) . But after we were seated the waitress was very pleasant, and attended to us very efficiently. The food was spot on .

We went here for lunch and were turned away by the hostess and manager because we did not want to sit at a high top table. We asked to sit at a table in the same section maybe 5 feet away and they said that section was closed/unavailable. I really don't understand what difference it would have made to walk an extra few feet to get to us. Also, it's not like it was super busy. There were at most 15 people dinning in at the time. Great way to run your business!!!

I'm not sure exactly what happened to this restaurant, but it's different, and it's lame. We had to seat ourselves because no greeter ever came out to seat us. Our food was average, I ordered chicken quesadillas, and she ordered chicken tender pre-sauce in honey barbecue. Our server was a very friendly and funny lady. I just don't think I'd be going back none too soon.

The garlic parmesan wings was super hot which I couldn't understand why when it's just garlic, butter, cheese with all drums and the slider was cold with hard buns. People was getting up an walking out this place but when we walked in it looked empty for a Friday night that was the first sign. It's not the same drinks watered down and food was trouble. Worker was working with no cover on long hair around food. I won't be back

I don't mind a long waiting time for food, but when I wait over 20 min and the food is cold, that is when I'm mad and that was the issue here.. another issue was my wife mozzarella sticks were very overcooked like literally taste burnt,we let the waitress know,she proceeded to get a manager for our complaint.. manager comes out tell us the they are on a timer,and this is just how they come..so I said well sir we were just here 2 days prior and they weren't like this I said it could be on a timer but that doesn't mean the cook took them off when the timer went off but to me they just taste like they were cooked in dirty grease..my fries were cold and taste the same way he tells me they just changed the grease so it's not that..he goes to make us more and bring them back the same exact way ..with his thumb in the plate.and he definitely wasn't the cleanest looking person him or the waitress,I worked at chili's for years and I know thats not the way the food should be cooked,major disappointment waste of money, zero stars if I could

I try to respect the beliefs of others but the waitress at this particular restaurant didn't seem to believe in refills.. also brought out the wrong food ( twice ) then brought it out with the wrong sides....then proceeded to tell my daughter (9) that she had ordered the wrong thing. The staff was incredibly nice and the experience was good all except for our waitress (Toya)

Matty was our waitress she did an exceptional job revisit the one in Westland on Ford Road she was the best waitress ever we really loved her she deserves a promotion she has skills and knowing what the customer wants and needs very wonderful young lady

I placed an order for curbside pickup. I waited for and no one ever came. I went in the inside and had to wait another 20 minutes. When I finally got my food it was barely in food in the container. I gave the lady back the order and asked for a refund. I noticed people working in the kitchen had long hair but no nets. The lady working takeout kept asking people in the kitchen about certain meals. But it seemed everyone was playing around in the kitchen ignoring her. I won’t return here. The service is terrible. I’m waiting on my refund.

Called and was told we would have a 5 to 7 minute wait. Arrived a few minutes later, and there were a total of 14 customers inside the restaurant. Waited at the front for about 10 minutes to be greeted, And I was told by who I assume is the manager, that they are cleaning up and had a 30 to 40 minute wait. With only 14 people in the restaurant! I will most likely not come back to this location.

Walked in before dinner hour, and there were hardly any tables filled but it still took about ten minutes to be seated. Once we were seated, it took about another ten minutes for our server to even greet us. I ordered a margarita with my meal and my drink sat at the bar for a long time due to my server not being observant. Once my chicken bacon ranch quesadillas came to the table, I discovered there was barely anything in my quesadilla..it was just breading. Very disappointed with the experience and will not be back.
