We tried the dart room and it was super fun! Haven't been to Dave & Buster's in a while. It has been revamped. If you haven't been there go check it out!  They have a food deal where you get an entrée and a $10 play card for 20 bucks.

It was a mess from the start. We had a 1:00 p.m. reservation for 20 people and were unaware that at least 18 from our party had to be present to be seated. After almost half an hour, we finally convinced them to seat us with 16 people. It then took another 20 minutes just to get a server to take our drink orders. By that time, our entire party had arrived, yet it took another half hour or more for the drinks to actually come out. The food situation was a complete disaster. Food that wasn't ours was repeatedly brought to our table, and D&B cards were handed out to the wrong people. Drink refills took forever, and overall the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Had hungry kids and assumed on a Sunday it would be busy so I prepared and ordered a few takeout items ahead of time thinking they'd be ready when we got there - about 10 min after we got there (had a reservation) I checked the tracking on the to-go order and it said ready. I went up to the bar and inquired about it and the bartender said it wasn't ready and to just hang around the bar. 20 minutes later still no takeout order. Meanwhile my husband, kids and another set of friends with their kids are waiting at our table with no waitress in sight. The to-go order eventually came out and the bartender said nothing about it being 25 minutes past the time it said it was ready - just handed it to me. I didn't say anything at that point. However when I finally got back to the table the two things we ordered were cold and the fries were completely soggy - so I assume these items were in fact ready earlier and just sitting somewhere before brought to me. The service in the actual seating area was atrocious. 25 min wait before anyone took our orders. Food took forever and kept coming out one or two items at a time (we had 10 people total) so for example two of the kids pizzas (microwaved quality) were either cold or mostly eaten before anyone else even got their orders. The manager came up and asked how things were going and we were honest with how the service and quality of food had been thus far. She gave nothing but excuses and was actually quite rude however after one of my friends spoke at length with her she did end up eventually taking several items off our bill. Anyway we certainly won't be back for food and will try our best to avoid the entertainment as well - would rather drive further to another arcade or kids entertainment place than give this place my money again.

Service was horrible took over an hour to get our drink order correct and by the time it was correct most the party had their food the others hadn't even had their order taken. Drink order was sent back multiple times over because they kept coming with the wrong drinks. As well as food order was not correct. And when the manager came over he was rude. Not apologetic. Over all would never recommend this place for food or service. Now if you want to spend a small fortune on games then yes all for it.

After we were seated. We did not understand the servers explanation of the Eat and Play Combo. As far as I can tell there are different rule depending on ordering at the table vs the kiosk. Then the server took our drink order and left. Next a new server arrived, said our previous one left due to not feeling well. New server took food order for some of us but not all then left. after a while we call over server to ask about drinks that never arrived, they take our drink order again. Wait a while, Appetizer nachos arrive, wait a while, some drinks arrive, server take food order from people rest of party, wait, some food arrives, wait, repeat. It was between an hour and a half to two hours from when we sat down to when everyoone got their food. We got free desserts as compensation. Also, i find the next day my mom got sick through the night.

Our service was terrible, we would order a drink and it would take at least 20 mins to make it to our table, when she took our orders for dinner she skipped some people and then the 2 people she kept skipping for orders never got their food. Food was cold, steak way over done. Bathroom was out of soap and paper towel This was on a slow night as there were not alot of patrons.

Received a text message for Sunday funday 1/2 price games and of course they were closed for a private event. Pretty lame if you ask me.
the games are fun and the arcade area is always a blast! i love the food but unfortunately this visit was not the first time that it has been awkward to receive any sort of help in the restaurant :( at least three different waiters walked past my group and i that were waiting by the entrance and said absolutely nothing despite eye contact. i’m in a similar service so i understand not being thrilled to see customers but they looked miserable. the lady at the prize counter was a sweetheart though :D
