Very nice family friendly place with lots of games and fun things to do. I had a half off food coupon. The food was nice and hot and delicious. The wait staff was super friendly.

The gaming and the food were expensive. Food was tasty but overpriced for the portions. Aunt garlic prawn wings, but they're not wet. They're just brushed with some garlic with the shredded Parm on top. The points that the kids got from their games wasn't enough to get a good prize 3 kids collectively had about 370 points which really didn't get anything. But a Frisbee the size of their small hand.

I LEGIT HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE ABD IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS THE BARTENDER AND SECURITY WHO IS ALSO BLACK LIKE ME STILL PROFILED US AND SAID HE WAS ONLY RESPONDING TO THE acquisitions from her! I’ve lived in this area for years and never experienced such a racist bartender Livonia is definitely known for the racist police and people but I never thought my kids would have to deal with this SO YOUNG!

Despite the poor attitude of the bartender we first encountered, I did not get her name but she had black and blue braids she made up for the bad start to the night. She checked in with us multiple times helped us get started, fixed a game and made sure we were having fun and smiling the whole time! I appreciate her positive attitude. She deserves a raise!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food (salmon bowl, spicy green beans) and my drink were - blackberry margarita. The games were fun - especially the VR Godzilla.

Mannnn! If this place isn't slow as molasses. I was seated and waiting and server. Waiting and waiting and I see other servers but where's ours?? I'm like forget it. Lets just do takeout. I'm told sorry we are a little busy today. Busy where!? with all these empty tables? This is not busy but ok. Finally put in my order and as I'm waiting I see a few servers just standing around like they don't have customers. If this is busy no one need to just be standing around. It's all good I don't have to bother leaving a tip afterall being that I never saw my server and was walked past a dozen times and being that they took forever to give me my order. 1st time here and last is the bottom line.

This is unfortunately not a great review but while the food we ate was... Decent, it was the service that really pushed this score down.I visited April 20, 2024 and we received drinks to the table and were never again asked for a refill- not even on our waters. It was pretty brutal to get through a salty meal without it. We could have/would have asked if we saw our server more than once in a 45 minute period.Someone else came out of the kitchen with our food. She was filled with attitude, a look on her face like she hated her job, screamed the names of the items she was holding as though we didn't inevitably pay her salary, and slammed plates on the table.The gaming area was fine - though several games were worn, broken, or needing some tending to. Couple of games ate our money, but whatever. Everyone "had fun" so I guess it was worth it. Minus the getting screamed at part.
I want to give this D&B a better rating but I cannot for the life of me, figure out, WHYYYYY 6+ bartenders, plus a manager are working behind the bar, yet it takes 20+ minutes in the line to get a drink and you can't just sit down at the bar to get a drink unless you get food? DONT GO IF YOUR HANDICAP! My aunt is handicap and needs to be able to sit down. A kind gentleman told her to sit anywhere and took her to the tables. We came over to check on her and extremely rude waitress told her that she had to move. We told her that we’d be more than happy to order food. She told us that we had to get on a hour long wait list. There were 4 empty tables, so why would we wait an hour? The waitress stood over my aunt until she moved. Because she wasn’t allowed to sit, she had to leave. We just brought game cards. I usually make it a point to leave a positive review, but not this time. There was no reason for the waitress to be so rude and embarrass my aunt.
The white guy at ticket booth with the glasses is very rude and disrespectful and needs to be fired. No manners , and the service guy never came to me and my son when we were having a problem with the game machine, very bad service and experience. Definitely won’t be coming back
