My car broke down and because they closed early wouldn't even let my kid use restroom to pee. I guess places close down early in order to get done faster. Shame these places make there hours change daily so you never know when there actually gonna be open.

Third time they screwed up my order, I learned my lesson and checked my bag. I looked at the kid and go, I asked for my cream cheese on the side, and a plain bagel. They gave me an everything bagel with a little cream cheese, when I told him it was wrong, he goes okay, what do you want me to do, make a new one?! I’ll drive to the one on AA rd. This one is AWFUL!

Stopped in for a quick up of coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and donut. We were able to sit and visit for quite a while.
Ordered the $6 meal and it was the worst bagel bacon cheese sandwich and hash brown ever. It literally takes awful and threw it all away. Service was ok but food was bad!!! Don’t eat there. Tasted like preservatives and is not edible.

Sometimes I come here after my night shift and they make the best drink for me being half out of it forgetting the name of the mocha drink / it's 4;30am and they are open and serve me a mystery mocha drink that I absolutely love ❤️ 10 outta 10. Besides who's even open at that time? This place with amazing drinks.

I stopped going here after the one time they forgot my egg on my sausage EGG and cheese croissant. Yes I didn't notice right away since I was on my way to work. Called that day to the store spoke with a manager all I got was an Okay. Being I had the day off and need my coffee fix I went there on Friday I used my app to pay. They said it didn't work. So they scanned again. I hear them say the computer is frozen. I look today and I was double charged for my order. There is a reason I always go to the one by my work. I will never go to this one again.

Literally the worst dunkin. I've gone a handful of times, because they're right by my house. I keep thinking they're having an off day and I try to be understanding. It's not, it's just bad service everytime. My drink is never stirred. They repeat my order then forget to give me my stuff. They seemed annoyed you're at they're drive thru window everytime. Try harder until then I'll go elsewhere.
