I'm not sure if my look or face was an issue but I walked in. Was ignored and when asking if okay to order here. It was like a hassle. I know I'm not not queen or anything but just simple customer service is out the door. And I came back here bcuz down the street at Tim Hortons on the same road..went in and stood there for 5mins. The worker did not acknowledge or turn to look up from phone. Wow! Just decent human interaction is gone!

The young lady working the drive thru early this morning was very rude and condescending. When I got to the window she schooled me on what she felt was the “proper” way to order coffee because saying “Can I get 2 large Caramel iced coffees” wasn’t right I guess. My donut order was missing one of two specific donuts I had asked for and we were not given straws with our cold coffee. When I asked for the right donut order and straws she became argumentative. After insisting that I wanted to be given what I ordered and for some straws she snatched the box from my hand, took her gloves off and threw them like a child having a temper tantrum. Donuts were very good but that was a lot of attitude for no reason early in the morning.

Ladies from the microphone for the past week can never hear me. So I speak up and then get mad at the window saying I was yelling… Every morning they look mad and have rude attitude and face. Rude service. At this location.

Now during the week, this location is usually pretty good. During Saturday and Sunday tho, in the morning, there’s usually this one specific worker. I place my mobile order online, and she asks me to come in the store. This wouldn’t even be that big of a deal, but this just keeps repeating, and she’s always has this attitude like “oh you just placed the order?” Like yes girly, that’s how an app works! Anyways, be nicer and treat people the way you want to be treated. Nobody was even in the drive thru line the whole time😮💨 . I worked in customer service for 5+ and I would just not talk to customers that way.

I was just in and I was about 20-25 mins late to pickup my order because the app switched the location that I usually order from. I knew that my drink and food might be watered down and cold when I got there but I was okay with it cause it was my mistake. I told the guy working I had a mobile order and he starts making it but I just assumed cause they weren’t busy they just made orders as people arrived but no, I was just waiting by the pickup area patiently and the worker goes “well i had to re cook all of your food” Once again I was just waiting there with no problem and I had just ordered bagel bites that literally only take 30 seconds to cook. But excuse me? Talking to someone like that because you threw away food I would have been fine taking is unacceptable. The food was thrown away before I even arrived along with the drink so sorry you made more work for yourself I guess but learn some respect for others if you’re going to be in customer service.

Nice staff and pristine indoor area, very modern and clean. Service was fast and you get the standard fare.
Stood in line in store alone for about 7 minutes. There were 3 workers present, 2 of which were aware of me waiting the entire time and did nothing to help. The third was doing online orders and drive thru by herself. This was at 6pm on Oct 1st in case management needs to know.
