Super chill place, kind of a hole in the wall find. I always get the Botana, it's vegetarian but OMG the beans are delicious. The service is easy going. Once you make your order they start everything from scratch which I appreciate. Best mexican for the price.

My family has been coming here for over 30 years and it has never disappointed. My go to order is 6 chunky beef burritos with the cheese on top and a side of hot salsa. It can be expensive for big orders, but they do also have specials every week that make it a bit easier on the wallet.

The wet burrito I had was great, but dinners are way too expensive; 2 dinner combos and a small guacamole came out to $50! The guac didn’t even come with a bag of chips! For that price, go south down Wayne and eat like royalty.

Wow! The best Mexican food. We always get the deep fried tacos and chunky beef burritos with cheese on top. The best we’ve had! It’s 20 minutes from our house and it’s worth the drive. Whenever we try Mexican closer to us we always regret it! Also, the salsa is amazing! We have a place our family always went to in southwest Detroit, it’s not realistic to drive that far everytime we want Mexican food. One of our family members recommended this place and it never disappoints!
This is my favorite Mexican food spot in Michigan. Moved here in 2021 from AZ and happen to work in Livonia. El Coyote is a diamond in the rough. I eat there consatnly. Coyote chicken bowl is a must try. Salsa is great. Do yourself a favor a check this place out. Support a great local restaurant.

We try to get take out at El Coyote Loko at least once every 2 months! It’s a little on the pricy side, but definitely quality food + the best Mexican in Livonia as far as we are concerned. Take out is always fast, the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh! Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food!

Seems like a pretty chill place.Things I liked: staff was super friendly. Smelled and looked clean. Menu was behind the register with large print making it easy to ready. Food was fresh, all the cheese was melted and very flavorful.Things I'd like to see: organization at the front of the store. Yes, it was clean but it seemed cluttered as if someone started stocking the fridge but got distracted about half way through. Seating, I'd prefer to sit down and wait. I'd really like to be able to eat in there but understand that regulations/licensing may be a factor.I would absolutely recommend.
