Glad to get a burger that’s not been kept under a heat lamp. Burger made fresh when I order it. Friendly staff, burger made as ordered. I’ve been 3 times the latter half 2024. Never disappointed. Atmosphere is a bit stark and cold. Staff wave and say hello as you enter the store, that makes me feel good.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. The staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was hot and fresh, my order was correct, the bathrooms were clean. The pop machine areas was clean, the tables were clean and the floors were clean. I would recommend this location.

Horrible customer service. They shut in your face. They shut on you while you’re talking. Bunch of disgusting inconsiderate employees. The female employee is the worst. She yells at you instead of Treating you.
I got a burger from here on Saturday, the burger was so nasty, super super sloppy, dry burnt etc. I was HIGHLY upset on the making of the burger

usually have a decent experience but yesterday unfortunately wasn’t :/ they gave me regular fries instead of cajun and i only realized when i was half way home. i drove all the way back, and instead of letting me keep the fries they threw away the whole bag, tossing my burger as well. i had to wait for the whole order to be remade. they asked if i had the little fries and that’s what they gave me. no apology or accommodation for any of this. besides that, staff is usually nice.
