No sense of urgency ..picked up a door dash and it took 30 minutes for the slow guy to put fries into each bag ...sandwiches was already made for all the orders ..he had one simple job to do which was put fries into each bag and it shouldn't of took 30 minutes ..he kept dropping fries into the grease and yet it still took an half hour and 6 ppl standing around waiting on their orders..they are very slow I hate five guys ..not sure why anyone eats here anyways...9 dollars for a large fries, 14 dollars for burgers etc 7 dollars for milkshakes its ridiculous and not worth the money

I am not sure Five Guys does well with call in orders. I just stood for 20 minutes at the counter and waited for my order. My name was announced, my receipt was on the counter. Never was I spoken to and only when I noticed that everyone was receiving their order and I made a comment did anyone notice I was there. Thanks, but no thanks. As expensive as these burgers are, common courtesy is required.

Been comin here a while now at 1st I blew it off but after 3 or 4 times I have to say something I dont fit the demographic of the employees I fit the demographic of the people who live in the neighborhoods surrounding the location i have had my order pushed back to fill orders of the people who fit their demographic and it comes dwn to the a guy working the grill who makes a conscious decision to make me wait. What I wanna know is who hurt you to make you bitter to someone who goes out of his way to be nice.

I ordered a cheeseburger and it was delicious and hot. The service and atmosphere was good. I didn’t have to wait a long time for my order. I will definitely be returning again.

Glad to get a burger that’s not been kept under a heat lamp. Burger made fresh when I order it. Friendly staff, burger made as ordered. I’ve been 3 times the latter half 2024. Never disappointed. Atmosphere is a bit stark and cold. Staff wave and say hello as you enter the store, that makes me feel good.
