Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar

Lobster was overcooked. Lobster bisque was delicious. The service, including management could have been more accommodating. I have visited ans recommended this location in the past, however this visit was not the standard experience.

Everything was perfect until we got home and saw that our tomahawk leftovers were not given to us for some reason. We were stuffed from everything else so we had a good portion of meat left. Got home and opened the bag and a good portion of the meat was not included. We were really bummed out because that was going to be my husband's lunch.

Our group visited this restaurant with a reservation for six and asked, upon arrival, if seating could be adjusted to accommodate two additional guests, making a total of eight. When I checked in, the host walked me to the table and consulted the manager, who was standing nearby. His immediate response was that the table could not accommodate two more guests and that it would require rearranging everything. His tone came across as dismissive and unaccommodating. We were asked to wait by the bar while they attempted to make adjustments, only to be told shortly after that it would not be possible. As a result, two of our guests were seated at a separate table off to the side, apart from the group. What made this even more disappointing was that several empty tables remained available throughout the entire evening, which could have easily resolved the issue. While the food was superb for the group, I personally rate it for quality and flavor (a 4 out of 5, considering my dietary needs), the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor seating arrangement and lack of effort to accommodate our group. As the leader of a dining group that reviews restaurants monthly, this visit ranks as the lowest-rated experience of 2025. We've decided not to return to this location. If we give this restaurant another try, it will be at their other branch, which has consistently provided excellent customer service and a more welcoming atmosphere.

Our waiter Matt was outstanding especially with the extra touch of learning our names and addressing us as such through the evening. Just the right amount of attention to our table. Food was outstanding. Will definitely return.

Had worse possible sweetest day dinner there on 10/18/25 for a party of 7 people. Been a faithful customer in past. The waiter rushed our main course food order after telling her we did not want immediately after ordering pre dinner items- crab cakes and salad. One filet mignon was cooked extra rare after requesting it medium cooked. Another New York strip steak was tough. Had to wait for recooked meat while others ate. Mash potatoes were served without a serving spoon. Requested one and never got it. Had to use a fork to spoon potatoes on plate. Very tacky. The carrot cake dessert was a joke. Very skimpy slice given its price. Coffee served luck warm. Finally the overall attire is really going down at this location. Tired of seeing fainted jeans along with baseball caps worn and extra loud surrounding customers. Seriously doubt will be going back here again given the prices of their entrees. Tim, S. Lyon

My family and I celebrated my brother's birthday. Everything was very nice. I was a little disappointed with my tomahawk steak that was a little chewy and needed some seasoning but the appetizers and desserts were wonderful! I will try again!

I had twins lobster tails. Phenomenal! Mashed potatoes were ok and a salad with lemon vinaigrette i can't remember the name but the salad was so good. Service was amazing!

My husband and I had an amazing time the food was delicious and the vibe was amazing. We will be going back.
