I am absolutely appalled and in shock with my customer service experience ordering a birthday cake. I called and spoke to Timothy. I began to place my order and provided him with my card information for purchase. He then let me know that the cake decorator was out of town and wasn't sure if the cake would be ready for the end of the week. The manager, Timothy, was insanely rude and disrespectful. He will scream at you and call you names if you decide not to buy something. He will charge your credit card if you keep it on file without your permission. This place commits fraud! I can’t even believe it. There used to be a very kind woman working here and it’s a shame how things have changed. Consider this a warning to never ever give this place your business! Still some of the best paczki around, but the new policy of “we can’t split a dozen box into 2 1/2 dozen boxes, and you have to pay for extra bags” is absurd. I’d rather pay a couple dollars more for the paczki than be nickle and dimed over splitting an order. Something that a lot of people do.
