So I just got a two sided cake for me and my husband birthday one side was supposed to be all oreo the other side was supposed to be all cherry we specified that because my husband does not like cherries we get to cutting the cake and realized the flavors were mixed up not to mention when I put the order in and got a price for it I asked the guy if that was the final total he told me yes and if he need anything else he would call I never received a call so I assumed he didn't need anything else from me I get there to pick up the cake and he tells me there is a extra 25 dollar fee because he only charged me for a single layer and we got double but he knew it was a double layer when we put the cake order in bad business

Very rude, poor customer serviceI called and inquired about having a birthday cake made in a certain flavor. The girl who took my call said she was new and didnt know if they had that flavor or even what a cost would be. She offered to take my information and call me back with an answer and a price. 2 days later I just got a phone call from a gentleman saying that my cake was ready!!Wait, what?I explained the above situation and that I never ordered it because I never heard back from the young lady to confirm they had the flavor or a cost for it.. and he flat out hung up on me!!! I am flabbergasted by this poor service.

I really wanted some delicious paczki and didn't want to drive to Hamtramck. I found this place online. I meet a wonderful woman waiting in line. She answered my questions about GM Paris Bakery. She was on point. I will never drive to Hamtramck again. They were fresh and delicious ?. It was worth the wait. One is missing in the picture because I ate it b4 I took the picture. I couldn't wait. Lol
I ordered a dozen Paczki from the Livonia location on Feb. 12. Among the dozen, I ordered 5 blueberry, and 2 prune. The next day I discovered that I was given 7 prune and no blueberry. Needless to say, but I was a little ticked off about it. I called to complain, but all I got was a recording. Well, I’m going to keep calling in the days to come until someone answers. Still, all 5 stars except for the mess up in packing the box.

The WORST birthday cake I have ever had! I wish I could give it ZERO stars. We used to get all of our birthday cakes from this bakery when my kids were younger. They were so good before! We hadn't gotten anything from here in years because we moved. I was so excited when my husband told me he ordered me a cake from Paris Bakery for my birthday but... what a huge disappointment! It was awful. Worse than crappy grocery store cake. It was ugly. The frosting was disgusting. It was supposed to be buttercream but tasted like chemicals. My husband paid $51 for a 9 inch layer cake that was inedible. I called and spoke with the "manager" "Tim" and asked for a refund. He was RUDE and said he had to talk to the decorator and then hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM THIS PLACE. You will be sorry.
