I think Green Lantern Pizza might secretly be running a soup kitchen — because every time we order, our “pizza” shows up swimming in sauce and barely cooked. We’ve tried asking for light sauce and well done, but apparently that’s just taken as a fun suggestion.
When I asked the manager about it, they said the bake “can’t always be accommodated,” which is odd since we’re not exactly ordering during the halftime rush at the Super Bowl.
It’s a shame, because the ingredients are good — if only they could find that sweet spot between raw dough and tomato soup. Until then, I guess we’ll keep a spoon handy just in case. After multiple attempts at getting pizza here we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!! Totally worth every penny!!! Blown away by how good it was!!!!! Deserves an even higher rating!!! The pictures on their website don’t do it justice — what you get looks and tastes even better!!! You get a perfectly cooked pizza with plenty of cheese on every slice!!! Definitely not a rip off — a must-try!!!

First time trying. Ordered an octopie with 2 toppings. Nice crust, good amount of toppings, but there was hardly any sauce which made it dry. If this is normal, very disappointing first experience.

Usually this place is amazing. They gave us the greasiest pepperoni pizza. Oil leaked allll over me and ruined my clothes on the car ride home. It was soaked in oil. So gross.

So, GL is my favorite pizza option by far, but unfortunately, we have been ordering from Cottage Inn more often because CI uses fresh mushrooms and GL doesn't. 😕

I wish I would’ve tried this pizza sooner! It was so good that I ordered it 2 nights in a row! Great ranch, great crust, quality toppings. Definitely recommend. One of the best spots in Livonia.
