We went expecting hand-dipped ice cream because the name Han-D-Dip implies hand-dipped ice cream. It came up in a search for hand-dipped ice cream in a Google search, too. It was also cash only so we had to leave. The menu looked good, though.
My husband and I have been coming here for years. Ice cream products are always good and fresh. However, for some reason, the service recently has been terrible. We thought the server was having a rough day. But, no. Multiple visits later and it just seems like multiple employees have such bad attitudes. They are not friendly, welcoming, or helpful. I'm not sure what's going on but I don't expect to see eye-rolls when I ask a question. Yikes!
it's more than ice cream. I love the gathering around ( families and friends) even if it's cooling you in the summer but still warms you incide with love feelings ❤️
