I wish I had pictures, but we started eating too quickly! All of our food tasted fresh like it was made to order. My husband loved the dumplings with a noticeable fresh ginger taste. We both loved the General Tsos chicken and the portions are huge! We will both have leftovers tomorrow from one dinner. We will definitely be back.

Thr Order was correct, that's the only good thing. Egg drop soup was like warm water. The Szechuan Beef was mushy, the only flavor In that was the spice. When I say no flavor in anything u mean it. This eas why I stopped ordering from here months ago.

My family's go-to spot for Chinese takeout. Their food and service is always great. Never had any issues with cold or undercooked foods. Everything is always hot and delicious.

Happy Wok is and always will be my go-to Chinese food place. I normally get the Mongolian Beef, General Tso's Chicken, or the Almond Chicken. Y'know, standard stuff. But man if this place is anything but standard. Flavors are all there and what you'd expect, consistency and texture of their food is always right, the food is always cooked well, and the portions are great. The fried rice always leaves you wanting for more, and the egg rolls are crunchy and delicious. The restaurant is designed for takeout, so don't come here expecting a lovely candlelit dine-in experience. The staff are always kind and respectful as well.Definitely recommended if you're in the area.

I ordered take out and OOOOF this might be the worst Chinese food I've had, probably ever. I couldn't even eat it, had to throw it out. The sesame chicken was luke warm and soggy and there was a strange aftertaste to the lo mein. Nope, never again. So disappointing.

Went for takeout last night - first visit. Portions were very generous. Forgot an item in our order and when we called, they fixed their mistake and threw in some crab rangoons for the trouble.Atmosphere is pretty bare, TBH. A handful of tables and an order counter, but the smells from the kitchen are inviting! At least they still offer dine-in, which is getting rare in Chinese restaurants.Best cabbage egg rolls I've had yet. Still crunchy and delicious out of the fridge the next morning. The sweet and sour shrimp was nicely breaded, well prepared, and again, very generous with the serving.Szechuan chicken was good but could have been hotter for my taste. Plenty of protein, and good mix of vegetables that weren't cooked to death.Almond boneless chicken was nice and crispy. Not shaved so thin it got oily. Sauce was good. RBI double, not a home run.Soups were good. Three out of four of our party appreciated the giant won tons.Definitely will visit again when in Livonia.

Over spiced. Pad Thai was dry. Couldn't eat it. Owner would do nothing about it. First and last time I will order from there.

I got carry out from Happy Wok and was pleased with my meal. They gave the most generous portions of Almond Boneless Chicken that I have ever had. They have a cool soup, too: Egg drop wonton. That's right: wontons dropped in to egg drop soup. They also have good crab rangoons.
