Food was great. (Loved the hush puppies.) Service was great. (One of the boils brought out wasn’t right, but our server, Josh, was so attentive he noticed it immediately before even putting it on the table, and promptly brought out the right thing.) The other food was great, too. Five stars. Would recommend to a friend.

I had an amazing experience at Hook & Reel, thanks to Josh! From the moment we were seated, he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Josh was not only efficient and knowledgeable about the menu but also incredibly personable, making us feel like valued guests. He had great recommendations and a cheerful demeanor that made our meal even more enjoyable. If you're dining here, I highly recommend asking for Josh—he truly made the experience unforgettable!

Joshua was the best part about our meal. Too bad none of the crab came out of the shell, never had to dissect each leg with a fork before. Don't know why it wasn't like when we regularly come.
