Ordered 2 rib eye steaks. Couldn't wait med., rare. OMG!NEITHER ONE was edible. Pure fat, grizzle, more fat. I had to ask my spouse, to cut them , no luck. $18.99 steak dinner bad. I'm so disappointed. Just upset.

I ordered the Veal Parmesan that came with spaghetti, on the menu above it said when you ordered this it came with soup AND a potato. It does not say OR! Two waitresses said when you have italian food it is OR. I showed that it reads AND. I also showed the cashier who also said italian food does not come with a potato. I said then why does it say that it does on the menu? The cooked spaghetti noodles were dried out and had no sauce on the edges of my noodles. The soup bar is excellent and it comes with rolls. That waitress did a great job at serving. The only error is that we told her the four of us wanted separate checks, and she put two of them on one bill.

We were a fairly large party that was planned ahead. The service was chaotic and erratic. There was no planned system. The soups were overcooked. The main dishes were mediocre at best. We were the first persons to order, but last to be served. My friend never even got his plate. I will not be coming back to this place.

I was a regular here almost every weekend for breakfast. The past couple weeks I'm not sure what has happened but the service has been horrible. The food is fine but service has gone downhill. Will not be going back because there are too many other places to try.
