I was an every other weekly customer, until tonight. Kalil, the “manager” with dreads, seemed like he just wanted to rush me out, due to the fact that I came in 30 minutes prior to close. Not only was I not greeted, but the lack of common curtesy to just be nice was uncalled for as well as talking over me repeatedly to where he kept having to “huh” me. The attempt of asserting dominance was too much, honestly made it even more uncomfortable. It’s the tact and tone of his voice that wasn’t needed. That wasn’t the only issue. He refused to let me add meat to my sandwich as I always do, saying that “he would get fired”. I have never been denied or treated so rudely in any service or restaurant. Probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced being new to Michigan.

Dear management,
It it absolutely unacceptable that it would take 12 minutes for a door dasher to pick up an order it took 10 minutes to get to. So a total of 22 minutes in total for this order. Very disappointed in this experience. For DoorDash to be such a substantial piece of revenue for this restaurant, you should act like it at least some!

I wish I could give 0 stars. The “manager” was screaming at and belittling the workers directly in front of myself and other customers. She made it a point to repeatedly target her rude nasty comments at one worker. Literally at no point did I see her put gloves on to try and help. The guy was really professional in his response and didn’t change his demeanor when addressing me. Even though the kid made a good sub I just can’t support a business that is comfortable with letting their good workers get bullied like that.
We had a family picnic out at Kensington. And brought Jersey Mike sandwiches. We ordered 2 carry out boxes were made perfectly wrapped individually. Everything was delivered to us in good order. The care that they took. At this location, I can tell you if you're having a party and you want to have sandwiches subs. You should get them from this location. I have been at other locations and not had the best of service or the best looking sandwiches. Bree and the staff there at 6 in Newburgh was on it and I will order them again in the catering section of this menu. Thank you again, Jersey Mike's in Livonia.
