I just want to say that this was the first time I came to a Jersey Mike's, and I was not disappointed. It's a bit pricey I wouldn't eat there all the time or several times a week like I wish that I could because the sub in a tub is amazing, but I really enjoyed the young guys working behind the counter who were very friendly, smiled and they were really nice and genuinely kind. The only thing is there was only one girl working and they had her working off in the back and I didn't even know she was working there until she gave an order. You need more gals that girl was kicking butt man. However the food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the stores clean, it's a place I'll definitely be back to visit and I am so sorry that I added tomatoes and pickles after I had paid I didn't know it was extra and I felt really awful that the kind young man behind the counter didn't charge me so I apologize and next time I will pay it forward for sure but, I am so sorry about that

The food was really good, and the workers were crushing the line. They were quick and balanced many tasks well. A couple more employees would speed up service and generate more money, especially during the noon rush.

I had my order ready the whole time while he asked everybody else what their name was and went back and got their order prepared while mine was sitting there the whole time he can't even ask me or acknowledge my existence

Ken's favorite sandwich shop in the area, so if I wanted to be included in his work-from-home lunch run I had to find MY sandwich. Mine is the #11 Stickball Special - ham, salami and provolone. It's strange because I don't always love ham, but I like JM's a lot. I don't usually like sub sandwiches, specifically cold sub sandwiches...yet this works. I get it "Mike's way" and add spicy pepper relish. I usually get a regular size, which I can finish in one meal or stretch if I have something with it (apple or carrot sticks or chips). Service is always quick, even when they bog down at lunchtime. They have a loyalty card that'll get you free stuff.
