I placed an online order for delivery. My order arrived about 15 mins ahead of the quoted time, cooked just right, and nicely heat hot. I rarely do reviews, but great job Jets 7Mile. Delivery guy was awesome too friendly and polite!!
1. Walk in, I can hear the gentlemen (shouldn’t even call him that) in a black shirt get snippy with his employees for not seeing me at the counter - calm down, I was there for 30 seconds.
2. Missing both sides of ranch with my order. Sounds silly to be mad about, but I love jets ranch, and you have to pay for it.
3. Ordered butter garlic dipping sauce - nowhere to be found.
4. Found a wrapper to something in my wife’s salad.
I expect better. What a shame...read full review
