First time patronizing this business. Husband walked in and, despite four people present at the counter, not a single person looked up or even remotely acknowledged that a customer had walked in. When he said hello to get their attention, an older female employee shook her head as if he was a bother but still did not look up or offer any assistance. A simple “hello, we will be with you in one moment” would’ve sufficed. There’s a sticker in the window that claims this location is a certified training location but I truly hope this is not what your employees are being trained to do. Do better.

They short changed me. Gave him 20.20 for a 16.19 bill. Got 3.80 back. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE! IMAGINE IF THEY DID THAT TO EVERY DRIVE THRU CUSTOMER. THEY ARE RAKING IN A TON OF MONEY THEY ARE NOT INTITELED TO. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LOW IQ IDIOTS. CANT EVEN DO SIMPLE MATH! PLUS THE CASH REGISTER TELLS THEM HOW MUCH CHANGE. IS OWED. OBVIOUSLY THEY CANT READ EITHER! WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE!

Ordered a gargantuan on french. Was told that only had wheat bread and I obliged. When I got home I found 2 pieces of wheat bread with all this meat...the bread was dissolving and was not consumable.
