Every time we order from this location it takes over an hour to get our food. Every time I call they say it’s on the way, no apology or anything. Honestly this will probably be the last time I give this store my business.

I did a catering order last minute and they did a great job! They were quick about it and very cordial. One note to share with the higher ups nationally--when paying by Google Pay, I didn't have opportunity to leave a tip! I rarely have cash on me, so will try and stop in again soon to leave cash.

I would recommend not ordering ahead. Today I stopped in to get my mobile order. I waited as NINE!!!!!! People came in to order their sandwiches. They cater to the in person customers and don’t alternate at all. After asking not once but twice, I had to cancel my order. I was really looking forward to taking my father lunch but looks like I have to go elsewhere.

Ordered a sub for delivery and waited an hour and a half before I called back, manager told me it would be there soon. After two hours I called back and was told that my phone number wasn't reachable, which was a lie. Manager told me I was being rude on the phone which couldn't have been further from the truth. Long time customer but I'll never order again.

I've had delivery from this location 3 times so far. I happened to look out the window at tonight's delivery and saw something that made me smile. The delivery driver actually ran up my driveway, put the delivery where I asked, double checked the address, and gave a double thumbs up. I double thumbs up you, sir! Thank you for bringing me delicious veggie sandwiches!I even got one sandwich for free with the app thing so I have lunch for tomorrow too. I haven't been into this location but imagine it's as awesome as the deliveries and foods have been. Thank you!Note: I wish they brought back alfalfa sprouts on the veggie sandwich but that's a corporate complaint that has nothing to do with this location?
Vegetarian options: Love it, light and fresh ingredients. Would love it more with alfalfa sprouts!
Got the Little John, it was the perfect size for a small meal. Jimmy John's bread might be one of the best of all sub shops.

It’s been years since I have been to Jimmy John’s. I had forgotten how good their sandwiches are- After a handful of disappointing visits to JM( down the street) my husband said we’re going to JJ-The service area was clean- no loud music, and very nice service-We were very happy with the sub-impressed with the amount of meat, (fresh),the slices seem thicker cut vs the paper thin cuts at JM- cheese is reg slice, not the transparently thin cuts from JM- they give you enough that you see it and taste it- The sub roll actually seemed like an 8 inch roll - they also don’t load on 2 cups of shredded lettuce, to make their sandwiches appear fuller -Although 10.50 (.99 extra for cheese otherwise 9.50) is a lot for a sub. this one was worth it- Definitely beats the lightweight, skimpy sandwiches, for $1 more at JM-
