I've had delivery from this location 3 times so far. I happened to look out the window at tonight's delivery and saw something that made me smile. The delivery driver actually ran up my driveway, put the delivery where I asked, double checked the address, and gave a double thumbs up. I double thumbs up you, sir! Thank you for bringing me delicious veggie sandwiches!I even got one sandwich for free with the app thing so I have lunch for tomorrow too. I haven't been into this location but imagine it's as awesome as the deliveries and foods have been. Thank you!Note: I wish they brought back alfalfa sprouts on the veggie sandwich but that's a corporate complaint that has nothing to do with this location?Vegetarian options: Love it, light and fresh ingredients. Would love it more with alfalfa sprouts!

It’s been years since I have been to Jimmy John’s. I had forgotten how good their sandwiches are- After a handful of disappointing visits to JM( down the street) my husband said we’re going to JJ-The service area was clean- no loud music, and very nice service-We were very happy with the sub-impressed with the amount of meat, (fresh),the slices seem thicker cut vs the paper thin cuts at JM- cheese is reg slice, not the transparently thin cuts from JM- they give you enough that you see it and taste it- The sub roll actually seemed like an 8 inch roll - they also don’t load on 2 cups of shredded lettuce, to make their sandwiches appear fuller -Although 10.50 (.99 extra for cheese otherwise 9.50) is a lot for a sub. this one was worth it- Definitely beats the lightweight, skimpy sandwiches, for $1 more at JM-

I ordered a sandwich for my son who's just down the road at 11:48 and when he hadn't received it at 12:25, I called to check why and they had not even left the store with it yet. I purposely ordered from Jimmy's because they're supposed to be freaky fast. Next time, I'll not waste $24 just for 1 sandwich to be delivered. That is literally all I ordered. 1 extra long sandwich plus a 20% tip, and it cost me $23 and some change. It was a vegetarian sandwich, too, nothing fancy, nothing extra, no drink, no chips, just the 12" sandwich. I'm disappointed, Jimmy Johns. Do better next time, please. I will say, the guy who took my call was incredibly patient, and for that reason, I gave 3 stars rather than 2. He was apologetic and respectful despite my frustration. Thank you for that.

I eat a Jimmy John's a lot, this is hands down the worst sandwich I've gotten from this chain, which leads me to believe it's this location. Produce on the sandwich was so bad I took it all off, and the cheese was so dried out it was discolored. Where's your quality control? Keep driving people.
Another Fantastic experience, and I typically don't take photos, but this was one to capture, why because great employees aren't typically recognized. Yesterday 11/2/22 during a lunch rush it was very busy. This crew worked so hard to get these people, including myself, in and out "freaky (speedy) fast". You can see the line of people waiting, as more flooded in. The employee in the photo every. single. sandwich. and .every single. customer he was fast and friendly, always had a smile on his face. Your crew at this location is just amazing and I'm not sure who leads them with such a positive outlook, but Kutos to you. Also to add, this employee has this same positive, warming personality every time I visit here on my lunch break. Thank you again for always making my experience great, a warm smile can go a long way.About 3 days a week I visit here for my lunch break, the staff is always friendly and polite, they're "speedy fast" and it's always delicious!

This is my home JJ. I’ve been disappointed multiple times, leaving me wishing I had chosen Panera across the street instead. Sometimes they make a great sandwich (I appreciate the amount of lettuce and toppings ?)! Other times they use up their nasty ingredients on my order (old, browned avocado spread or pale, tasteless tomatoes). It’s a gamble, but of course I’ll still come back; I love JJ.

Fast service, as advertised. Their plain subs are great, but it falls off for me once you add a bunch of toppings. The bread just isn't made for much other than meat and cheese.
