Food is okay, everything else is not. This location will constantly forget your order, give you incorrect sides, no sauce, no silverware, wrong drinks. They don't care past getting food out the door. Chicken is hot and crispy though, so can't complain there.

Had the new chicken tenders; they're the best chicken tenders I ever had anywhere; and, the new comeback sauce is very good with them; the lady who took my order in the drive-thru was so nice and got my order perfect, which unfortunately seems to be a rarity at many FF places these days, so kudos to this KFC! I appreciate it!

The service in the drive thru is nice but all my food was cold. I've noticed that if you visit this KFC after or close to 8PM your food will be cold. It's happened to me twice. The first time I thought that it was a fluke but now it's a pattern. I ordered a 3 piece crispy all white meal with macaroni and a 10 honey BBQ saucy nuggets. Everything was cold or barely at room temperature. I live less than five minutes from the restaurant so it had to be that way when I received it. It was extremely disappointing.
