DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE! They will charge your card and then refuse to give you your order...even when you show them your receipt and bank account info showing it charged you. Manager is AWFUL and did not care or offer any type of assistance. Told us to call the app number and it was out of her hands. She wanted us to pay for a 2nd order to get our food. We had company at our home waiting for lunch. Just terrible customer service and could have cared less. Go to Lee's Chicken down the street. More food, bigger chicken pieces and literally $3 more than KFC. Manager argued and blamed us for the order that was canceled on KFC's part not ours! Now we also have to wait up to 72 hours for a refund....SO FRUSTRATING!!

Placed an order online, went to the store to pick it up, app said it was ready. Had the confirmation email and confirmed on the app as well. Showed that it was paid for and good to go and money was taken out of the bank account. However they told us our order was canceled and refused to give us our food and said we would have to pay for the food again and that they could do nothing for us that we had to call corporate and dispute it through them. The manager said her hands were tied and the only way we would get our food was to pay again. Absolutely ridiculous and such an awful experience. I recommend going to lees chicken down the street.

They just be throwing it together. I got the wraps and it’s was nothin special about them. They just put a piece of chicken and slapped the wrap on there and served it to Me.

It was in Livonia, but on Plymouth Road just east of middlebelt.Great food, nice polite workers especially the manager. She was very nice.

How can you get an order with 2 items wrong? All I ordered was hot & spicy wings and a large Mac n cheese. Received regular wings. I really don’t understand the incompetence and lack of attention these fast food workers dish out these days. Always a problem. Do your darn job.
This KFC is trifling and unsanitary, they messed up on our meal and then wanted to take an order of fries back from us to give to another car. Mind you that I had touched it and ate 1 fry from it while I was in the car checking my order. If they would take my stuff and give it to someone else then they are probably giving me food that others have touched and breathed on... I want my money back but now they say that it will take 7-10 days to reverse the charge even though I had just paid for it 7mins before

Food was very good and the service is always GREAT.
This is one of the best KFC around if the manager that cares is working. Today was not that day 1st thing is got yelled at while ordering my food then proceeded to get a uncooked biscuit,fries and chicken it also smells like turkey wich makes no sense made the call to not eat it so I don't get sick sad cause the normally kill it.
