Gross store. Under staffed and under educated. Managers running the front end done work and make cashiers make I’ll informed decisions. The straw that broke the back was the mentality handicap baggers was picking his nose and handing my groceries. I left all my groceries. It was a wasted trip. I’m not telling you what I bought or what day I was there… enjoy your snot groceries.
Let me start by saying that I have been a devoted Kroger shopper for the better part of 35 years, and this is the store that I have frequented the most. It used to be a pleasure to walk into this store, but over the last 5 years or so, it's gotten to be a very unpleasant place to shop. The store is grossly understaffed, understocked, and dirty. The produce is junk, dairy products often go bad on me long before the expiration date, and the incredibly long lines at the checkouts have become intolerable. I also don't appreciate being forced to use the self-checkouts because there are usually only one or two attended checkouts open. The workers have become surly, and don't appear very happy to be there. Over the last couple of years, I've tried other Kroger stores, but find there is little improvement, so it appears to be a chain-wide problem. For a while, the fuel points were keeping my business at Kroger, but that's no longer the case. It's really sad to see how this company has deteriorated. Regretfully, I can no longer remain a Kroger customer. I was hoping that things would improve, but they've only gotten worse. See ya, Kroger.
Never using Kroger home delivery again. Delivery was an hour late, some items that needed refrigeration were already warm. And when I tried to talk to the driver, Samer K., he ignored and just walked away saying they had lots of orders. Two items were left off. I never get a text to change until he'd already checked out. Kroger sucks. Never using them again for anything, on line in person.

I was in line almost 1 full hour Sunday. Not all of the lanes were open. Prime shopping time and not enough baggers. Lines down every aisle prevented access to store goods. Even in off times the store is not appropriately staffed. Which amazes me given self-check out has the customers doing all of the work.
Small aisles, mostly bad produce, not enough lanes ever open, parking is ridiculous. Better off driving to Northville. Need I say more?

I’ll never be back…food land is the same distance for me..I had a basket full of groceries and had to use u scan and the worker at the u scanner told me I must not watch the news or I’d know this is happening everywhere..how rude to speak to me like that after I just dropped 250 in your store!!!
Please thank DeWan at your 5 Mile Rd in Livonia, Michigan location. It was my first pick up order and he brought my order promptly and was very nice and courteous. Thank you!

Waited over 40 mins for clicklist pickup. I could have went in and shopped in this amount of time. Never have to wait this long or even over 10 mins at the Warren & Middlebelt location. There were cars pulling up after me and getting their groceries.
Dirty, messy and SLOWEST staff and not enough staff. Not enough checkouts open
there is a fat black girl there with blue hair in the self check out who will try accusing you of stealing saying you have more items then what you scanned when they are standing right there watching you scan your items would recommend firing her for her stupidity

I will not shop at Kroger at 30935 5 Mile Rd Livonia, MI 48154 ever again. Paula the cashier and Heather the manager both were very rude and profiled me demanding my receipt for items I paid for.
