Came in around noon today and the two young women working were so impressively happy to help me. Find something on the menu that was vegan and that I would be satisfied with extremely rare customer service and kindness 10/10 service.

The bubbles were extremely hard and stuck together?? It was a big chunk at the bottom of the cup I ended up throwing the entire drink away. Everyone working seems like a minor with bad manners you can’t have both bad quality drinks and bad service.. I definitely won’t come again. Staff groaned when I walked in look over worked and tired.

Yeah good idea... Only keep $200 in the register and don't accept anything higher than a $20 bill. I can't believe someone had the nuts to respond back like your doing good business ? that's why your store is always empty! Horrible customer service! Can't wait till you have to close shop and get replaced by a business not ran by idiots! Keep hiring teenagers that get upset when people dont pay with cards. Bunch of clown ?

Very cute and friendly place. The milk drinks are not good at all. I do recommend their teas though.
I've been to this location several times and realized I haven't given a review. I've noticed the drinks I choose usually taste like a chocolate milkshake. Can't go wrong with those. During this visit, I had the toffee Thai tea. It had a slight bitter taste. It's the taste you get when the teabags have steeped too long. It was still good but had that sharp bite to it.

Boba is trash. Texture of boba today is terrible! Even they replace my drinks with other bubble, the replacement is still junk. Quality of this place is not like their first days anymore. No longer
Great place to get bubble tea and hang out. Plenty of seating available. I sat there and worked on projects for a few hours. Excellent service. The employee replaced the first drink I didn’t like and seemed truly dedicated to finding something I’d enjoy.There are two reasons for four stars instead of five. First, the bubble tea isn’t the highest quality I’ve found. It’s not bad, but not the best. Secondly, when the closing crew came in, the atmosphere totally changed. They definitely weren’t as respectful. But I’m not saying the place isn’t worthy of a revisit. I might just plan to go earlier in the day for that initial excellent service and atmosphere.

Service was poor, the cashier was dancing and spinning in circles. Meanwhile we're waiting 20mins for our drinks & there's only one staff member making drinks while the third staff member stood there & continued their conversation. I'm not impressed, I'll stick to Quickly on 5 mile & Merriman.

Don’t assume their hours are correct. Apparently the people in this store like to hang out inside the store with the doors locked at 5:30 when they have it listed they close at 9. Tried to get a tea, doors locked but the open light is on and everywhere posted says they close at 9! When you knock they can’t come and tell you sorry closed early they just stare at you. Don’t suggest this place since we couldn’t even place an order.
