Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

I personally had met the owner of the operation and he happens to own many restaurant chains in the local area. He is a great businessman and very good to his community and staff you cannot ask for a better quality food supreme service and quick service. What else can you ask for in this business and nowadays, especially with the family run business chain All the best!

This was my second time eating at this location. My first time was impressive the food was hot and tasty! Today I am not so impressed 😕! The biscuit was soggy and half done. The chicken was soggy and unimpressive in taste as well. I wouldn't recommend this location at all! Save you hard earned American 🤑 dollars and eat at home!

My experience today initially was horrible but when I spoke with the manager Mr Mohammad it immediately turned into Fantastic. He is a Top Notch Manager he rectified the horrible customer service drive thru performance of his nonchalant employee who care less that it was Lunch time. This Manager is what any business owner would want to run an establishment. He personally brought me my Lunch he is a Fantastic MANAGER.

The best fried chicken and coleslaw! And the biscuits - better than I could ever imagine. I hope the employees are paid fantastically - they deserve it - the place is ran like a well oiled machine between speed, order accuracy, friendliness, and deliciousness.

Several people had online orders and it was very busy so ended up having to wait for about 10-12 minutes. Their chicken, cole slaw and biscuits are heavenly. Great option for large parties as well. Highly recommend!!!

Tried chix pot pie, DID NOT disappoint. It actually had real chicken in it. The crust equals home scratch. No kidding about that!

We ordered delivery directly from the Lee’s website. When we called to inquire on where it was after over an hour, the individual who answered the phone rudely let us know that Lee’s doesn’t have a website and that they don’t do delivery so we must’ve ordered it from DoorDash or GrubHub. After arguing with us over where we ordered it from and repeatedly claiming the business doesn’t take online orders from a website (credit card and copyright fraud if true), we got the food and had to call back. We had poor quality items, missing half of a biscuit, and the gravy had spilled throughout the entire bag and coated everything. We called back and were told by the same individual that it was our fault and we ordered through a third party so they weren’t responsible for the order being complete and quality. However, the order was sealed by the business before pickup so it’s absolutely not the delivery person who could’ve been to blame for the missing items at a minimum. After being placed on hold and the manager refusing to come to the phone, the order was magically found on the website that doesn’t exist according to this store’s employees. The call ended with this employee telling me I’ve been difficult, so word of warning. There’s a location on Ann Arbor road where you won’t get blamed for missing food by someone who’s claiming repeatedly that the corporation Lee’s Famous Chicken doesn’t have an online website.
