Can't review the food since they're never open for dinner. 1 star because their listed hours are entirely false and it's caused problems trying to coordinate dinner with friends more than once. Just giving up on this place at this point.

not sure why but now i never know when to call, they suppose to be open Thursday and Friday at 4:30pm but each time I call the answer machine will say they will be open next day at 11am. if i call next day same answer. So i just don't understand their business hours. if they say open at 4:30 why they don't take order at 4:30? if it happened once it is ok but it is systematic. poor business managing. strange way to do business I don't think they understand what business mean, too bad their food is decent I may try again but it painful that you cant reach them to order

DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU LIVE NEARBY! This has to be the worst Thai restaurant in Livonia. Old vegetables, meat and very poor customer service we ordered 4 dishes from them and every last one of them was not worth our time or our Money. You guys want great Thai visit Thai Basil for some fresh tasting food. If I could give this place zero I would.

The food is great! HOWEVER, their inability to answer their phones during their posted hours is very unprofessional and shows that they don’t really care about their customers.How can working customers plan for lunch when they don’t even answer the phone. VERY disappointing, and a waste of the customers’ time. ****Note*** If it had only happened once, I would not have written this review. They make a habit of this. Sad.

By far the best Thai restaurant around metro Detroit. I eat there at least once a week for lunch (sometimes twice) I have had almost every number on the menu and will continue to support there great food.

I am giving them 4 stars is because the food is amazing and the service is always pleasant from the women with the kids (not sure if owner). However I drive very far to get here and it is very frustrating that they do not update their hours on Google. Website says you are open and then I pull up and you guys are closed. This has happened a lot in the 4 or 5 years my family has been coming here. Please be more professional and update your hours for the convince of your consumers

I use to go there and the food was ok, good enough. Lately I try to order as usual via phone after 4:30pm (open). no answer just the machine. I thought there were in vacation. many weeks later I did the same and same answer machine. so couple week ago i did the same and same results. I called 5 or 6 time after 4:30pm. so i was driving I stop front of the restaurant and called no answer! i went in and asked them why they don't answer the phone call. she told me they were late but I told them it is not the first time and I just call them from outside just a second ago. She keep lying to my face "we were late". so why they open a 4H30 but don't take the call. not sure if they are the same owner! I told them are you late every time I call?! but this piss me off. i didn't order anything and just walk away.

They charge a fee to use credit or debit card. Food started going down hill so I quit going.
