The kid working the window was super nice. He gave me half my food then asked me to park as the wait in the rear. So now my 20 piece and 3 large fries (fries were old and did not taste good at all) are getting cold while I wait on a 6 piece happy meal. $38 in good cold and not eaten because they can't bag all one order together. No explanation on anything either. And then makes the kid who can't help with anything being the food out. So disappointed and the manager was the one who told him to park me. So they clearly don't care either. Worse McDonald's ever.

Women in drive thru always seems to mess up my order or something and it takes 20 mins to get my food

Not sure the root cause of the issues with this location, but there are some good and some bad
Staff is friendly but also not helpful? A staff member was going on break and a customer needed napkins. So the staff member on break asked the customer what she needed, and then proceeded to answer “I can’t do anything I’m on break”. Then why ask?! The front counter staff member, a different person, was great.
Atmosphere is good. I like the updates and the computer ordering system. However, napkins, straws, condiments are all behind the counter now. Why!? So much is forgotten and then people taking up time asking for things they used to self serve. It makes no sense.
Food orders were wrong. Sauces missing, missing a whole burger and condiments incorrect. If we have a literally system being used to tell you orders why is anything being messed up. Wait time was also crazy and the staff said a big issue is quarter pounders cooked to order. McDonald’s you are fast food, stop that nonsense.

Google listing says they’re open at 5AM. Just went through the drive thru at 6AM, all lights are on, we can see an employee inside, no one comes on the drive thru speaker for us to order. The app also would not let me place an order at this location during listed business hours.

I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald's last week. I received the wrong order, even after confirming with the woman at the window that it was correct. When I politely asked for some ketchup, she slammed the window in my face. I later called to explain the mistake, and the same woman rushed to the phone, dismissing me and telling me there was nothing I could do about it.
At that point, I was ready to call corporate, but when I came back and spoke to Keaf during a different shift, everything changed. He actually listened, showed kindness, and made things right without hesitation. His professionalism and respect turned my entire experience around.
Thank you for having someone like Keaf on your team—he truly understands customer service and made me feel valued. Because of him, I won’t let one bad employee ruin my view of this location. PLEASE GET THT LADY OUT OF HERE

Breakfast doesn't start till 5am, but lets close the store at 2 and have the people that are suppose to be working sitting in the lobby

Service was horrible! Food was cold..and half my order is missing! People were rude! I sat for 20 mins waiting for curbside pickup before I went through drive-thru only to waiting through that huge line. They need to shut this place down!

Made my stomach hurt
I did online order went in to get it .. got back to truck look and seen they forgot something go to go back inside and the door was locked at 9 am . Had to go and wait in drive Thur for 20 minutes for then to tell me they can find my other and wait again for them to Actually look at my receipt🤦♀️🤦♀️ I get they are short on workers but come on now

So they stopped giving out receipts for obvious reasons. They're constantly forgetting food items and now you can't prove it. I'll come here three times and the past year and every time they have forgotten items. When I go inside, they're usually several other customers all with the same issues, missing food.
Update: it's been two years since the last time I've been here. Pull up to completely empty drive-thru. Was asked to place my, once I begin was then asked to hold. After waiting several minutes, about six cars pulled up. It is that point in which I realized I made another bad decision to come to this place. Drove to a neighboring restaurant place my order and left. Noticing some of those cars were still in the Drive-Thru.
Update on my update: I regrettably come here maybe once a week. EIGHT TIMES in a row now you have some how messed up my order. Outstanding!
Update: Tried using their courtside app. I watch 2 cars park after me and get their food before me. To be clear I order before i even left the house. It took then over 10min to bring me out a burger and kids meal AFTER I had shown up. Utterly slow.
The drive thru system is so poorly set up. Every time I come here people are constantly cutting in front of other people.

They serve breakfast until 10:30am. I place a curbside pick up breakfast order at 10am. It took a little longer than expected for me to get to the restaurant, but they canceled my order because of the change from breakfast to lunch/dinner at 10:30am even though the order was placed at 10am. Unacceptable.
