Was there last night. Ordered through my app a Big Mac pack shareable meal which includes 2 Big Macs, 2 medium fries and a 20 piece nugget. Also ordered two drinks and two pies. Before pulling off I checked my bag to see if was missing a pie and a Big Mac. I let the girl that helped me in the drive thru know what I was missing who then proceeded to argue with me that it was only 1 pie. I started to say I could show her my receipt if she wanted and she closed the window on me. Came back a minute later with a pie and rudely said “it’s whatever “. I let her know I still needed my other Big Mac. She then got the manager. I had my receipt out ready for the manager before she even got to the window who then started to argue with me that the Big Mac pack was only a 20 piece nugget. To which I told her made no sense since it’s called the Big Mac pack so I opened my app and showed her exactly what’s in the pack. She did get me my Big Mac but was also extremely rude about it. They treated me as if I was stealing from them and were mad at me for pointing out that they made a mistake. I will never got back to this McDonald’s again after how I was treated last night. All I was trying to do was get what I had paid for and instead was treated like I was out playing them

Was told to pull forward and sat there for about 10 minutes before someone came outside and gave us our food. I’m already not happy I can’t have bread for medical reasons but I was even more disappointed when I saw my burger. So absolutely disrespectful the way they put this in the container please see picture attached.

I live about as close as you can to this mcdonalds and every time I order uber eats it's cold. Every item I customize is wrong, it's like they can't read simple instructions like no ketchup or extra onions. I have ordered dbl cheese burgers multiple times and they put slivered onions on them and not diced ones and it changes the burger entirely. With such a low rating for so long I don't understand why they do not fire the managers and hire new ones. This is the most consistanly horrible fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my 48 years of life. I have also never taken time to write a bad review for a place but after a 4th time being forced to order from here I can't take it, I need to tell someone. THIS PLACE SUCK, DO T EAT HERE, ANY PLACE IS BETTER. BTW. I only gave 1 stars because we can't give negative stars

Absolute incompetent people working on the evening of January 11th. Everything was wrong. The food, the service at the window. No clue what online orders are. I had two orders to pick up and got my first one immediately and waited 15 minutes for the second one. It was terrible. Of course I get home and the first order is cold and the second order was wrong. Waste of time and money.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. I have visited this location many times in hopes I just came at bad time but every single time I go the wait at drive-thru is extremely long for no reason. Even if you go at a time when they are not busy, expect to wait 15 minutes for your order even if it’s just a soda and a burger. Ridiculous!
