Completely incompetent! Couldn't grasp the concept of SUBSTITUTING a round egg for the folded egg. Argued that if we substituted the folded egg for the round egg that it would be $2.29, despite that being the same price if you ADDED the round egg TO the folded egg...claimed it was always that way....even though it's never been that way, at least not for the past 3 years....

This mcdonalds is probably the worst I have seen in a while. I get a large number 9 every time. Im not from this area. Im only in town visiting. And we'll my cheeseburger is cold. The cheese is rigid. It didn't even begin to melt. The patty was sticking halfway off the bun cheese was the same but on the opposite side. My fries were cold and I had to go inside to wait 3 minutes while they made me some hot ones. While waiting I noticed that their crew was very unprofessional looking. No hairbets. One guys hair looked like he had rolled out of bed and hadn't showered for days. The rest were wear sweat pants and standing around on their phones. All while the blue shirt did all the work. Not happy. I have alot of reviews because I feel like reviews are necessary to address customer concerns. But my reviews get views. So I hope this gets addressed quickly.

These guys took an entire 15 minutes on the drive thru, and only gave us our items one at a time which held up atleast five cars behind us. Then they forgot two items, and when I went inside calling for them, they just ignored me for 3 minutes straight

No kiosk add cheese option for kids happy meal burger. Burgers missing condiments and the items that were on the burgers looked like they were added by someone that was blindfolded at the time. No salt on the fries. Do better!

Out of all the McDonald's in the Livonia area, this one is the best quality and service.
I haven’t been in a McDonalds in years and now I remember why. The food sucks. I stopped for breakfast and ordered the big breakfast with hotcakes. The meal was disgusting! The sausage patty was black on one side and looked normal on the other side. The side I saw. It had a sickly taste to it. The scrambled eggs (?) if you could call them that were so over cooked I couldn’t even eat them. Hot cakes, BLAH! The only thing any good was the biscuit. It took me about one minute to throw this disgusting, foul tasting food (?) in the trash. I walked out the door being reminded why I’ve avoided McDonald’s for so long. Never again. 🤮🤮🤮

Normally this is a decent McDonald’s. Today an overweight white girl with blonde hair in a medium blue sweatshirt/ hoodie got smart with us through the speaker. We asked for fresh nuggets and fries like we do with every McDonald order no matter the location. Basically she quipped “sure we only got 5 people but sure” with a lot of attitude. We drove away. I feel for them but seriously staffing is not something we control as customers. A polite “unfortunately no we can’t” and we would have been okay or asked for something different. We had cold soggy food from this location previously hence the request.

I went to the drive thru 1/30/25 at 530a, lights on and cars on the parking lot. Hours stated you were open. No one took my order. I called for someone and waited several minutes. Nothing. Manager, do with that information what you will.

Really good burgers. Sets a great standard for McDonalds everywhere. Staff is very friendly, quick, and professional. Drive thru is efficient and great way to get a fast, cheap, and hot meal.
