Picking up my customers food today. I notice they was putting 2 large cold pops in the bag with hot food. I asked if they could separate cold liquids into a separate bag. A young lady (teammember) said No,This is how we were told to pack it! In a snotty manner. I bit my tongue and didn't say a word. Where are customer service skills? I can't have my order the way I want it. And it would be common sense to separate liquids from food. I'm 55, she's about 20, .......then a young man went ahead and packaged my customers order the way I asked, and I got it to my customer safety, and intact with no accidents.I don't feel I should of had to ask. The restaurant screw ups can fall on us as dashers, if we transport this like that and theres even a light bump in the road, the customer whole meal is destroyed . But who would know that?

I work here. My co workers are fantastic. I think people don't realize how hard it really is to work at McDonald's.It can get overwhelming really quick. Especially during the lunch rush. Please take a moment to remember that we are humans too and we make mistakes. I know it can be frustrating when you order gets screwed up but we are always happy to help you and fix it. Managers are fantastic people and some of the best people I've had the honor to work with. Thank you to those who read.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald's locations. The food is always cold. They are always making you pull forward so they can bring out your food out yet when they hand it to you it's cold. The employees I'm sure wouldn't eat the food they're handing out so why would you offer it to your customers. I'd rather start driving completely out of my way to avoid going to this location

Update June 12, 2024: Pulled, looked dead. No lines at the drive-through, pulled in one lane, and waited 5-10 minutes. Then another car pulls in the other drive-through lane and gets served instantly. Then they finally deigned to talk to me, but I'd lost my craving for McDonalds. My last review said "turned to crud": well, it's still crud.Previous review: Slow, slow, and slow. Bad fries about 1 visit every 4. Was consistently good for years, and turned to crud a few months ago.

3/4/23: stopped this morning about 7 am, as the McDonalds on 6 mile I usually go to has employees with nasty attitudesWhat a pleasant surprise the employees at this location are!!!!Order was taken right away at the drive through kiosk. The employee at the window was smiling and extremely pleasant. And no wait on my order. Plus I got to work at my regular time. Great job early morning breakfast crew!!!! I will definitely be back!!!

I know this isn't a 5-star restaurant, but I was expecting all of the ingredients to at least make it in the box. ? I ordered 3 Double Big Mac combos and the sandwiches came out as follows. Didn't know until we got home.Umm, maybe put up a picture chart for the new employees so they can get the presentation correct.The food was fresh and the staff was pleasant as usual.

Ok I've reviewed this place a few times due to food quality and how it's prepared Mainly putting the entire egg with shells in their egg sandwiches.but now I have issues with management while ordering my usual my bill came up to 6.02 so have a mess of singles I put them on the counter to sort my payment much like I've been doing since elementary school.then I was confronted by the manager as to why I did that and that I'm supposed to hand them the money.it was then I realized there's a Racial thing going on and they obviously think I'm racist.so getting the message they don't like me for a habit I've had for 53 years I'd rather not Deal with people who hate me and maybe that's where all my other problems came from I'm done exchanging any money

They did not gimme bbq sauce I was very disappointed as I went to grab a nugget and realized it was gone and I specifically ordered more, they have made me very sad, almost sad enough to not go back, not that sad though. Food was very good though.
