Used to be good but was not this time. The bowl was all fatty chicken, lettuce core, and very little garlic/hummus. They charge $2 for a side little cup of garlic too. Fries were inedible. They changed the kind they serve and they were really gross. Shocked they actually served that. Was a waste of time and money.

Wow. We stopped in today and got the Xpress Platter for Two. First, it is a terrific value. Lots of food for a good price! But more importantly, the food was delicious. Get the Greek fries, they were very tasty. Service was wonderful. We could tell they wanted us to be happy and mission accomplished!

The food tasted pretty good but the portions were so small for the price. My husband I a spent $40 for one sandwich and a bowl that wasn’t even full. I asked for the roasted cauliflower which cost an extra dollar, and I only got 3 pieces. There’s plenty of good Mediterranean food around, so save yourself the hassle and go somewhere more reasonably priced.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, I felt unwelcomed and unvalued by the staff. The employee assisting me seemed unsure of his duties, which resulted in me being charged more than necessary for my order.
After reading other reviews, I see that my experience is not isolated, which is concerning. I believe this establishment needs to address these issues. If I could give a rating of zero stars, I would. Regrettably, I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to others.

The small bowl I had was very good.
The only issue was the Arabic? Music was turned up so loud, like a bar...
It was 7pm on a Fri night.
Clean halal restaurant right by Costco 🙌their chicken shawarma rice bowls are pretty good 🔥 you can build your own or choose from the menu 🧾 Quick and easy online ordering highly recommended 😍

This is a very nice restaurant, and the service is top notch. Samir and Omar usually serve me, and they always make sure the food is how I want it. Good place to eat, but absolutely excellent service!

The food is good. They frequently change their staff and their staff are often rude, maybe that's why they don't have enough people. I made two orders of the same Xpress Entree. The first time I was not charged extra for anything. The second time, the guy, who could be an owner or trying to act like he's the boss, demanded extra for almost everything I got for free for the first order: steak, taziki and veggies. He won't substitute the garlic paste for taziki. The only "extra" thing he gave was the rice it seems. I showed him the receipt for the first order but he won't budge. He insisted he is not trying to give me a hard time. He asked me for a review after the first order, I hope he or the real owner is reading this review. Go to the Troy location if you prefer better behaving staff.

Terrible place, how can you guys say its a Xpress Platter for 2 its SUPER SMALL, its definitely for one person, almost no protein and a lot of rice, no pita bread. $4,49 for 2 Falafel really? Don't waste your money in here, this was the first and last time that I order from this place!
