Me and my wife went their today, First of all she ordered the noodles bowl and added steak,there was no steak at all in her bowl after paying for it, she was very upset about that, I ordered the Japanese noodles and also added steak to mine, the Steak was so dried out along with the dried noodles, this was the worst noodles bowl I ever experienced having, this is the reason I have not been there In almost 2 years. We figured we would try them again. This really upsets me after spending my money. My wife also ordered some potstickers which were not cooked properly. These restaurants are getting very bad! Owner needs to fix these problems

SOOOOO sloooooow. We were the ONLY ones in the store. They were just talking and laughing while we were waiting the whole time staring at them. 6 people working and not a one was helpful or friendly. Sunday at 5pm. Been waiting almost half an hour for a few simple dishes. Terrible experience. The tables outside are disgusting also

Bathroom smelled strongly of eau de unwashed ass. Disinfected toilet seat, which was generously sprinkled with urine, and sprayed deodorizer in restroom myself. Restroom was otherwise fairly clean. Ordered food with large iced tea. Was advised that they needed to make iced tea, so i went straight to the table. They brought food, and I asked if iced tea was made, at which point they began making iced tea. Began to eat and then went to get tea. After sitting back down, and eating most of my food, I reached up to scratch an itch near my nose, with the hand i had used to hold my bowl, and realized my hand smelled like the bathroom had before I deodorized it (even though I had washed my hands before ordering my food. Turned out that the outside of the bowl that my food was in smelled like the bathroom as well. Used a disinfectant wipe to resanitize my hands and the outside of the bowls. Can only surmise that staff does not wash hands after using restroom or after scratching their backside. Disgusted. Will not be back to this location. Store was not particularly clean in general.

My first time here & the menu was tempting. I ordered a meatless noodles bowl with cheesy garlic bread & I plan to go back soon. I do think that for the price, the amount of food can be a little bit more.

Thanks Young Lady's. I ordered Chicken Parmesan, Extra sauce cooked in. Delicious. I added fresh graded Parmesan Cheese once I got home.
