I felt very welcomed when I came in and seated me. The service from the managers and my waiter were great and made sure everything was good. Everyone had amazing manors and I will definitely be back!

We were seated quickly despite being busy lunch time. Madonna was an excellent attentive server and food was great and a good value- $12 for soup w/ smackers, salad, and small Olga! Laurel park mall where I like the feeling of spaciousness with no walls

I've been eating Olga's since I was 15 years old. I am now 61. This was the absolute worst meal I've ever had from any location. Gross. Got the steak burger Olga with 3 cheese. Beef patty was very overcooked and dry like a hockey puck. Garlic aioli tasted like cheap miracle whip. Salad was disgusting.. not even a whole black olive.. black olive was in teeny tiny dried out pieces, feta didn't seem like real cheese. Only thing that was good was the orange creamsicle.

Delivery order arrived late, cold, and incomplete. The “manager” I spoke with wouldn’t make it right, she basically blamed DoorDash, and DoorDash is pointing at Olga’s for help.

(Edit 11/3 to add: the GM called me today, did the right thing and refunded my order- so no need to do a chargeback at least. Might try them again someday but for eat-in or takeout, they still need to work on getting delivery right.)
