Good food and great service, per usual. This place is more comfortable than other Changs, and the tables seem roomier. Good pours on drinks. Check in/reservation reception seemed overwhelmed, causing short delays. But all-in-all i would recommend.
Service was terrible. Appetizers came out and 3 of the 4 appetizers had to be sent back. Drinks were not refilled. Entrees- the salmon was so small of a piece it was a joke. The honey chicken was made up of tiny, skinny pieces of meat, not whole pieces. We were there 2.5 hours we had to ask for the bill more than once. Really disappointing meal.
I have been to this establishment several times. On this occasion, I dined team members from my organization. Food quality is wonderful and typically is always. I was disappointed that my requested server was not available to our party, even though I specifically requested the server in my written reservation request. It appears that the hostesses were unfamiliar with my request.
Drinks… just wow… food is good but service is not upto the mark. Before completing the food, she started taking the plates from front of us.

The nicest thing I can say is that the lettuce that came with the lettuce wraps was the best thing in our carryout order. They gave us about a tablespoon of the chicken filling (I'm not exaggerating). The Mongolian beef was so tough, we could hardly chew it and again, an extremely tiny amount of rice. The chocolate cake was good. This was supposed to be our special New Year's Eve treat and cost over $60.00. Very very disappointed.

Incredible experience tonight! The atmosphere was delightful. Danny was astute and very professional in every way! Couldn’t be more impressed. But good lord the spicy chicken did not take a day off! Juicy, fresh, and mouth watering tenderness! I seriously cant wait to return! Well done! See you soonzeez!

Dropped $150 on P.F. Chang’s through Uber Eats just to receive cold, dry, flavorless food and laughably small portions. The Kung Pao Chicken was basically a peanut sampler with a hint of chicken. Soggy spring rolls. Dry Pad Thai - the noodles came in one hard block. The Mongolian Beef was super dry along with the Chang’s Spicy Chicken. And they have the nerve to not allow you to make any changes to the items on your order. Wayyyyy Overpriced, underwhelming, and absolutely not worth it. Everything tasted like disappointment. Felt like a scam not a meal. Never again! And don’t send me back some generic response telling me to get in contact with you how you do on all your replies to your reviews. You can find me through my Uber Eats order if you care.

First visit since prepandemic and menu has changed - Some of my favorites were gone- or I didn’t see them..Do not confuse this take of Chinese cuisine for your street food regular Chinese type food- I call it corporate Americanized fusion Chinese 😁
3 Star for the hostess who seemed annoyed that we didn’t have a reservation- Or just over people in general-We were cheerful ( post new year glee) and she was brusque, curt…
0 stars hostesses at end- Who couldn’t have been bothered to acknowledge my “ thank you and have a great night” or my husband saying the same- Three girls standing there talking to each other about their after work plans…And couldn’t at least say “bye”
Food- We ordered the 3 course meal- $20 per person; soup or salad, shared appetizer, medium serving entree-
Egg drop soup was good- I love the house salad- Fresh, crisp and that dressing…mmmmm- If they ever bottle sell it, I will buy by the gallon! Crab Rangoon app was tasty- Not heavy or greasy-Not the heavy cream cheese fake crab… light in flavor- I like that they serve them on the dipping sauce-
Entree- Sesame chicken was eh…chargrilled veggies ( which I wasn’t expecting) and left that charred flavor in my mouth😕 Spicy chicken …eh - More vinegary than spice- I wouldn’t say spicy at all and not worth the extra $4 upcharge- I like that the chicken isn’t heavily breaded - but the pieces were small chunks- The side fried rice extra $3 not worth the extra charge- Bland no egg, soy sauce, green onion- Almost thought it was brown rice-
Service- Steve was pleasant - kept water glasses full
I appreciate the smaller portion options entree options, on the menu, at a lower cost but still pricey - The three course is an ok deal if you like the entree options- ( not the extra fee options) we will return and try some other options- THANK YOU to all reviews that include pics- I’m visual and PF’s pics don’t truly represent what some of the entrees look like 😁
