PF Changs has a reward offering program to members fhat is worthless. It's very difficult to use. Short expiration dates, requirement to sit at the bar to take advantage of the rewards. This location badly needs to be updated. Its not keeping up with the area restaurants in my view. Food is good however.

We went to the P.F. Chang's by Fairlane Mall in Dearborn & even though it was 3pm on a Friday, the place was empty. We didn't leave until after 4pm & only 2 other people came in. I can see this Restaurant closing really soon if things doesn't change. The food was the normal P.F. Chang's & the Bar Waitress/Bartender was great, but the menu has changed to smaller portions, but at a higher price. The Happy Hour drinks & portions are a lot smaller, but the price remains the same.

Pros: The waitress was very nice, patient, and helpful. This is the reason for the 1 star.
Cons: We ordered teriyaki chicken and sesame chicken. The food was extremely SALTY and way too sweet, which is all we tasted. The Broccoli was so hard, we couldn't even cut it. The fried rice was BAD. No flavor and it was cold. The egg rolls were meh and the sauce was inedible. The egg drop soup was salty and no depth/flavor to it....it was just like eating plain chicken broth. I took a couple bites and couldn't eat anymore of my food. The women's bathroom was very dirty. The food is way too $$$ for the quality. Do NOT recommend at all!

I used to visit often 7 plus years ago and always enjoyed the food and service. Service remains excellent and atmosphere is good, quiet and clean.
Food was disappointing. Portions have shrunk and all four dishes tasted the same. Flavors were mostly overwhelmed by spicy sauces. Disappointing dinner.

Food was very disappointing. Seems like there was no flavor and tasted overall bland. I ordered pad Thai. My girlfriend ordered orange chicken and I should have just gotten her Panda Express because it’s better than what she got. Get your poop in a group!

P.F. Chang’s never misses, and this visit was no exception! Even though we arrived late in the evening, the staff was incredibly welcoming and seated us right away.
We decided to try their three-course meal special, which was an amazing deal—it included a soup or salad, a shared appetizer and two entrees with rice. Our choices were egg drop soup, pork rolls, Beef and Broccoli, Honey Chicken, and fried rice. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
To top it off, we paired our meal with their pomegranate lemonade, which was refreshingly delicious. The combination of great food, excellent service, and reasonable prices makes P.F. Chang’s a reliable favorite. Highly recommend!

It had been years since I last visited P.F. Chang’s, my previous experience was at the Dearborn location, which was excellent. So today, my husband decided to treat me and our little one to the Livonia location. It was quite busy, and we waited about an hour to be seated.
When our name was finally called, the front desk greeter remarked, “Oh, I see it’s for three now,” to which both my husband and I replied that it had always been for three. We were then seated and placed our orders.
Unfortunately, the food was a letdown. The portions were noticeably small for the price, and everything lacked flavor. I had the sesame chicken, while my husband and son ordered the sweet and sour chicken. Both dishes had watery sauces and tasted nothing like they should. Honestly, we’ve had far better food at small, hole-in-the-wall Chinese spots.
When our waitress asked how everything was, we told her the food was bland. She said she’d inform the manager, then went to the front and spoke with a tall greeter. That person proceeded to glare directly at my husband with a very unpleasant expression. When our waitress returned, we let her know about the rude look, and she was very apologetic.
A manager did come out to speak with us and actually listened. Hopefully he does speak with his staff about proper etiquette and customer service.
The silver lining was our waitress, she was kind, attentive, and did her best to make the experience better. Unfortunately, the overall visit was disappointing.

I went in for a late dinner and was greeted warmly by the host. I was sat quickly and my server, Dua, arrived within a couple minutes. Dua, was attentive, efficient, and very personable. She is great at her job and I loved her service.
I got the crispy honey chicken, and it was delicious. Overall, this is one of my favorite restaurants and I will happily eat here again.

Probably the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten, I am very disappointed of this PF Chang's. the noodles had charred pieces, the fried rice don't have good flavor, the veggies in the rice are not cooked, the spicy chicken taste funny, I hope the food is in good condition. I am not even finished the plates, those are going to the garbage almost full.
