I love it here. Way better than Chipotle and qdoba

This place went way down hill. Food looks gross, the staff is rude. Especially that blue hair guy. Won't go back.

Upgrading my review to 4 stars. This location has gotten better and more consistent

For me this is the best of the made to order Ameri-Mexican burrito shops. Best flavors and ingredients by far. As well the staff in Livonia are always kind and fast.

It seems like half the time you get someone who knows how to wrap a burrito, and the other times, the burrito will fall apart on you. This place could be so much better if it was merely consistent. Sometimes the burrito wrap is also left too long on the stove, making it hard as a rock instead of soft.

Ordered two burrito bowls , chips and queso. Food was fresh, hot and correct. I will definitely return! Plus close to my house!

Loved pancheros when I was going to u of m and this location hits my nostalgia craving every time. I feel like I never see the same workers there, but even so everyone I've met has been helpful, happy, and more than willing to pile on the fajita veggies.

Could be a legitimate competitor for both chipotle and qdoba but the portion size to cost ratio is going to keep them relatively low scale foods great but if you’re looking for more value for your money chipotle or qboda is definitely the better option

They didn't even fill my burrito bowl or provide the side of salsa i requested in Uber eats.

Will not order from here again.

I’m not sure when this place fell off, but for the price, I’d rather head to Taco Bell and spend half the price for the same quality food. Grabbed take-out and had to recook my quesadilla, and they also
forgot all of the salsa I ordered. Would only recommend if you want chips and queso, and literally nothing else.

The food is good but it would be nice to get what you order with your food. We ordered 3 things, each to come with sour cream + I ordered guacamole and queso and an extra sour cream, all 3 of which we were charged for. We got none of it. Their only response is to come back and pick those items up or to get a credit - not convenient, now that we're sitting here ready to eat. Really really really annoying. No apology.
