Tried to place an in-person catering order ($500) at this location this afternoon. One of the 3 employees in the rapid pick up window had to get her manager...no one was at the counter where you place the orders. The place was pretty empty. The manager said she doesn't work at this location and doesn't know their process for taking a catering order, so I can't place my order with her today. So we go at 7pm. My wife orders soup in a bread bowl to go....."oh No we are out of bread bowls" ok can we get baguettes? "sure" Order comes up with no baguettes. Excuse me we didn't get our baguettes. Girl says no we are out of baguettes. We had overheard her complaining about people who come in so late and want bread! Doesnt the sign on the side of the bldg say "Panera BREAD"? This is the third time this location has not had bread bowls.....find another location.
Best customer service, best food. Great experience tonight!! Barbecue chicken salad was awesome!
