Very welcoming interior, especially for those looking to stay a while.Free wifi makes remote work a no-brainer.Strange oscillating HVAC bouncing between hot and cold, unable to maintain constant temperature. Shouldn't bother most making a brief visit.Has symmetric tables for those playing tabletop games.

Where's the Turkey?Stopped at Panera Bread on Six Mile after spending the whole afternoon at the hospital, so I was very hungry. I ordered the Pick Two with a Chicken Caesar salad and the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich and a large coffee. Since I hadn't been to Panera for a long time, I was very surprised at the size of the salad. It was much smaller and they only gave me a tiny condiment sized dressing that probably only contained about a tablespoon of dressing; definitely not enough for my whole salad. But I was hungry so I started to eat the salad anyway and I didn't finish all of it because there wasn't enough dressing for all of it so I would have been eating plain lettuce with no dressing and only a scant amount of parmesan. Since I was still hungry I decided to start eating the sandwich. When I opened it I didn't recognize the bread they used and it had a different smell to it, so I broke of a piece of the bread and it was some kind of sweet bread. I'm not sure why they would use a sweet bread for that kind of sandwich and I was not expecting it. We've ordered these at work many times and that's not the kind of bread that people got. Then I opened the sandwich to check out the other ingredients and to my surprise there was no turkey. So basically I had a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with cheese. So now that I've mentioned the cheese. Let me tell you about the cheese. When I ordered my sandwich, and this was a takeout order, the cashier told me that they were out of the provolone and did I want to substitute another cheese. So I decided on the white cheddar. So after I got home and consumed some of the salad and then found out that the sandwich did not have the actual turkey on it, I looked again at my receipt to ensure that it said Bacon Turkey Bravo, which it did, but in additional to the salad and sandwich, they also charged me extra for the cheese that was supposed to be a substitute for the cheese they did not have. On top of all this, the coffee was old and cold!So I would say this is probably my worst experience at this Panera and for what I paid for this meal ($18.61 plus a $2.00 tip), I will definitely not be visiting Panera Bread anytime soon and perhaps never (unless of course I am forced to order catering at work for a work event).

Spent 27 dollars on 2 breakfast sandwiches that were wrong, I got sausage, and I asked for bacon, even had to repeat myself, and they still got it wrong. Also, my pop was out of carbon and didn't taste right. But I should have known better, this panera gets it wrong more than they do right, but yet I keep coming back.

Excellent lunch. The chicken noodle soup is delicious- healthy with just the right amount of saltiness. The accompanying baguette was delicious as always. My kids' salads were outstanding.

Have been here several times when traveling, every time the men's bathroom is smelly, floors sticky, soap or hand towel dispenser empty. I hope the kitchen is maintained better than that!
