I have been visiting this place for over a month. The atmosphere and space is so good I usually stay for few hours enjoy working with my laptop while having a coffee with my breakfast. I am member of Sip club and enjoy the free drinks. Sip club is $10 per month for 6 months and then becomes $15 monthly. The staff are friendly working and walking around with silence and respect so not to distract you from your work or conversation. I recommend to come and visit the place. Especially if you have not been in any Panera bread store before! You would love it.

This Panera location has some of the friendliest and most courteous staff I’ve ever encountered (except this one dude) they’re always upbeat and make every visit pleasant. You can tell they really care about their customers, and the atmosphere feels welcoming every time I stop in.
The photo is of my Asiago bagel. Lately, I’ve noticed they’ve been coming out a bit overcooked and missing much of the Asiago topping, this was the third one this week. I usually order it for that signature flavor and quality, so I’m hoping this can get back to Panera’s usual standard.
I’m leaving five stars because the team here truly deserves it, but I hope management takes a closer look at the food prep and consistency so the quality matches the excellent customer service.

This store manager wanted to replace my $9 sandwich with a $5 credit when they served me a burnt sandwich. I then have to come back to the store to get another sandwich because they won't give a full credit if I take a credit. Driving back out the way because this store is ridiculous, why they can't just put a credit for the sandwich on the account for the next visit Just lost a faithful customer and I will tell everyone I know. This is the only way I know to put my money where my mouth is

$20 for 2 coffees and two breakfast sandwich's and no mustard available. I asked for some and they said they might have in the back and they would check, They never came out and even let me know one way or another??? My sandwich was getting cold waiting so I ate and left. I cannot believe a store making millions a year cannot put out packets of mustard and ketchup. For the same money we could have gone down the street to Red Olive and had a full sized breakfast. Never again will I patronize Panera bread.
