Don’t understand some of the other reviews. Food has always been hot, fast and cooked amazingly. Plus the delivery driver Collin is always instantly at our door after an order is placed. Will always order from here especially while he is still there

Probably one of the worst Papa Johns franchises that you could order from. Clearly a very poorly managed store. Food is hardly ever well prepared, and ordering from this place is very hit or miss.
The hours posted on the corporate website somehow don't represent the hours that the store operates, and closing at 9:30 on a Friday night is just straight up idiotic for a pizza franchise. How hard could that possibly be to correct with corporate if your hours are going to be different?
I'd recommend ordering from a pizza place in the area that actually wants to be in business, Mr. Pizza is fantastic and open until 2am. Take notes Wayne Papa Johns, you're failing miserably.

I order a stuff crust with extra sauce and well done pizza and I paid $26. I get home and I say to myself this doesn’t look well done but me and my husband decided to try it anyways. Of course it’s not well done the veggies are still hard and the pizza is soggy. I call the store and of course the manner couldn’t do anything about it but suggest that either I put it in the oven or he can put it in the oven for 2 more mins. After driving 15 mins to pick the pizza up and then 15 additional mins to get home. As a manager you’re supposed to please your customer and he definitely didn’t care about fixing my problem. I’ll never come back to this location again!!

I'm very disappointed ? the pizza was over cooked the pizza taste like cardboard it was very dry,I ordered the ? Papa bites, they were also over cooked. I ordered the ex-large New York style?. That was $43 of food I couldn't eat this is the second time I won't be back?

It was a hot day (April 30), I simply stopped by to grab two 20 Oz beverages (Pepsi). The gal in red hair said it cost over $4.00, literally. She wasn't too friendly when she said it was over $4.00.I said forget it, placed the beverages in the cooler, and left. It was unbelievable to have a cost that exuberant is simply unimaginable. I went up the street to Pan Pan Chinese Restaurant and was charged $2 for the same items. A big difference. I guess Papa John's did not want my business. Customer Service is Key, nowadays.
Prices were ok. Pizza was fine. Little on the bland side. Boneless chicken was more like nuggets. Service was good. Free inclusion of garlic sauce and the pepper was a nice touch .

I can't comment on atmosphere because we always order delivery, but I CAN say that every opportunity to impress us with delivery, they have succeeded! HOT HOT pizza arrives at the door by a nice delivery driver. Even through the pandemic, they had options for no contact and the drivers always wore masks and were very accommodating.

This place is usually pretty good and consistent but they have recently changed either their recipe or their supplier for their boneless wings. The new version of the boneless wings are far too grainy and over seasoned. The quality has gone down as well. Of the last two times I have ordered the boneless wings, both times there were pieces of bone still in the wings.
