Ordered pizza. But didn’t received it. Called the pizza place Delivery driver stated he couldn’t find address finally talk to him. He did come back but pizza was cold, dry, and nasty. Papa John’s could’ve just refunded me my money. I will be calling corporate

I ordered veggie pizza around 6:29pm in the order it shows me pickup is between 6:41 to 6:51pm, I went inside around 6:55pm and lady told me 5 minutes and my order will be ready, I asked is it in the oven and she told me maybe. I went inside after 10 minutes and this time another guy told me 10 minutes since pizza was not even started. After 50 minutes I got my order and drive home, once I reached home and serve pizza to my family I saw it was pepperoni and chicken pizza (we are pure vegetarian family) I called them and complained and they told me they have too many orders and that's why it may be swapped and after arguing with manager he send some to deliver my order after another 45 minutes. Total I wasted almost 2 hours and get pretty average undercooked pizza after adding well done instructions. Totally disappointed with this location

This location cannot handle a busy period. Ordered our usual pizza at 4 pm on Halloween and the app did not indicate any delays. Husband waited an hour in the lobby with many other unhappy people. There was cheering like they won the lottery when someone finally got their pizza. We order our pizza well done and it was terribly undercooked when we got it. It went directly into the trash after one bite. I regret the tip and resent the money we spent on a meal we couldn't eat. Not to mention the wasted time. I would only recommend ordering here if they are super slow.

Ordered some pizzas at 3:00 pm to be delivered at 6:00 pm on Halloween for a kids party and the pizzas did not show up until after 8:00 pm. Not a great way to run a buisness and it ruined the party.
Customer service is trash just called to order a pizza a girl answered the phone and said we are busy not thank u for calling papa John’s nothing his we are busy so I said ok so what does that mean u aren’t taking orders or it’s gonna b a long wait several seconds of silence then she said maybe u should call back we are busy that was handled the wrong way
