Ordered delivery and waited 70+ minutes for it to arrive then when we got our food it was barely warm, Called about it not being delivered yet and was told "tell them were backed up on delivery orders" Yet the receipt said Order #33.... how are you that backed up on 33 orders in the day? First time ordering and never again. And upon reading the replies from the "Owner" they have been training and learning from mistakes for a VERY long time.

Papa Romanos has been my go to place for a long time and especially the Livonia location. Our order was made perfectly! My husband got his deep dish made the way he always likes it, extra sauce and well done and the wings were cooked well done as well just the way we like it. The antipasto we got tasted very fresh. We love this place!

Has been my go to pizza place for years, and in the last few years the Mgr Callie,I think could be wrong, is always super nice and friendly when I come in. The pizza is always cooked A1 and now I’ve referred 3 friends in the last 2 months and everyone raves about the pizza and the costumer service!!

Terrible Experience, had to wait extra 30 minutes with no explanation though I heard them say that was that order...then I get home 10 minutes away and the pizzas aren't cooked through so now I have bake them myself. Pasta was mush in the pasta salad. Even better, the mgr has a bag of chips on the food line, no gloves in and long hair she moved with her hands. Health inspector time and they wanted me to drive all the way back to get the order fixed, enough is enough ...what you get happend to customer service.

Used to have the best pizza around. Not anymore. Large pizza is much smaller than it used to be. Plus too well done. Salad portions have been greatly reduced. Brownies either very old or way overbaked. Way overpriced for what you get. Prices went up while portions got way smaller. Sign of the times I suppose.

Placed delivery order. Waited over an hour when confirmation email said 20 minutes. Finally called and I was told they “never received my order” I had the confirmation email plus my card was charged! After being asked to hold for 10 minutes I guess you can’t order food online unless you call them first? Then I was told “yup” and then hung up on when I was asked for a refund. I called back and asked if I could have confirmation of my cancellation and she said she had to call corporate or something? Just really bad service! It’s sucks because I just moved to livonia and loved papa romanos at my previous house.
