How do you pay for take out and the store doesn’t have any utensils to give you. That’s a first . Guess I have to eat with my fingers.
Trash u can get better pizza that not been sitting in the refrigerator for days 😌
Unless Pizza Hut change the are recipe. It tasted like a pizza from a regular pizza. Place, not Pizza Hut.
I know I shouldn’t let a bad experience to tear me from the other Pizza Hut outlets but right now I feel justified because of the food and service and consequently, the so-called general manager. I ordered off the app Saturday April 26, 2025. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:28 PM. It was a carryout so when I went in, I waited a few minutes and saw my name on the board and it said my order was ready on the app the Young girl at the counter, went in the back and ass about my order and I can hear the boxer say that he was missing one of my pizzas, but she came back up and said that they’re real busy and shorthanded. The one piece I was ready I can see they just set it to the side. Didn’t even put it in a warmer. I didn’t get my second pizza until 6:53 PM and the first pizza was still still sitting there cold. I called the general manager today, Tuesday, April 29, 2025 and he just kept asking me. What did I want like I was just trying to get a free pizza when I was trying to ask about the protocol about getting my pizzas almost an hour after they ordered it no matter if they were busy or not one of the pizzas was ready they just forgot to make the other one. I can’t speak onhis character but in this particular conversation, he was rude and also given excuse that they were really busy, but he didn’t say anything about why one pizza was ready and left out on the counter for over half an hour. He kept asking me what was I looking for a good manager, would’ve just offered a solution. I may feel different about Pizza Hut in the future, but this whole experience has me wanting to give my money to another pizza establishment because obviously their business model Isn’t keeping a customer satisfied. I hope someone in upper Pizza Hut management raise his review and addresses their business policies
I placed an order online, waited until the tracker thing said my order was ready and then I went in to pick it up. Counter guy said 10 more minutes. So we wait 10 minutes, and then another 10 minutes, and then he took my pizza out of the oven, put it on the counter and then walked away on his phone. So we walked away with no dinner.

Went in there on 10/26 @ 5:05pm and two males were at the corner at each register having a conversation and neither one stop to greet me or acknowledge my presence as I just stood there. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I just walked out and still neither said anything. I can’t even believe it.

Need to close location why does it take 40mins to make a pizza.. then the order was wrong and it was full of people
I called order and then they hang up after I asked him one question they didn't even ask me would you like anything else

The Livonia location has very friendly and helpful people working. It was a pleasure to do business with them. The food was piping hot, freshly prepared, and was delicious.
I ordered my food and paid for it online on the Pizza Hut app. I do wish the managers would stop requiring people who placed and paid for their orders online to sign a receipt when they pick up their order. It’s redundant and unnecessary.

⁰ I'm very unhappy I asked the gentleman when I called for specials he didn't provide me with anything then I thought I heard him say $8 for a medium pizza but he said $18 you guys ought to be ashamed of yourself for a medium Pizza on clearly you guys had a special with a small pizza and the chicken for 799 that would have been a great deal for me I told the man that I was trying to get something for lunch...I did.not by that pizza sorry ..better customer service is needed ??
The lobby is way too small, even for carryout only. Somebody brought their whole family in to wait for a pizza??? When I got home the pizza resembled something you'd get in middle school: old and reheated. I didn't order leftovers, I ordered a fresh pizza. 0/10 we won't be back.

I ordered a pepperoni lovers with extra sauce and extra cheese.
I got a regular pepperoni pizza with half extra sauce and half extra cheese. Both halves were on opposites side if the pizza.
I ordered the pizza on line and I arrived later than my time of pickup and it was still 20 minutes later than requested.
There were three other people there, so I suppose waiting was ok.
But the pizza wasn't the way that I ordered.
Parking: Free parking.
Didn't have trouble finding a parking spot.
