This place is a hidden gem. The staff are super friendly, it isn't ever extremely busy, the food is fresh, fast, and the place is always clean. The original size is a solid portion, and priced fairly. Considering the fast food across the street costs just as much these days, Potbelly is a no-brainer. I also hear the shakes are good!

My sister and I got food poisoning from this location last night and my grandma got it from here the week before, but didn’t warn us. I called to let the store know and they were less than apologetic. Save yourself from waking up in intense pain and feeling awful!
I absolutely love Potbelly sandwiches…I’ve visited this location at least 50 times over the years and it never disappoints. On my most recent visit they assembled a sandwich so PERFECT it had to be acknowledged. Kudos to Fiona, and the entire staff. Thank you, and keep up the great work.

Very good sandwich- good meat, topping to bread ratio - but too expensive- I looked at the menu that I had from three years ago and they’ve raised their prices a bitI get it many places are doing it -We ordered the regular Italian. They made it perfectly added everything we wanted on it.Service was a little backed up and slow - it seemed like the three guys were dazed or just super tired- One of the guys was preparing sandwiches, and also trying to make bacon at the same time. He ended up burning a tray of bacon- I felt bad for whoever was going to get that on their sandwich because they didn’t throw it out- The lady in front of me had to keep repeating her order and missing items that she was waiting on- The guy would bring her one thing and then tell her thank you and she would repeat “I’m missing this and I’m still needing this and I’m still needing this… “ it took three times before he finally brought her everything she was supposed to have for her order-
