Jennifer the Gm was working very hard, mid-inspection, during a rush today. The whole crew remained calm, orderly and friendly. They demonstrated great teamwork and resilience. Rosey was so so friendly and makes us want to come back more often. Killer team!!

Since I discovered how close this Potbelly was to my work my Mon-Fri has drastically improved. I have to carefully plan my lunch budget and packed lunch days to ensure I don't spend all my grocery money on Potbelly delicacies. I have tried every sandwich, not a bad one in the bunch. The underground menu in the app is fun. The hot pepper/veggie medley is awesome. The service is friendly and fast. I decided to throw caution to the wind today and actually try a soup & salad combo instead of my beloved sammich...it was unreal. I barely took time to breathe between bites of my chicken pot pie soup. I often attempt to try a new place for lunch and my car drives me to Potbelly. It's ok, car knows what's best. <3

Normally i love their food but it seems like lately they don't get what you want on your sandwiches, when I ask for the roasted red peppers they ALWAYS put on those insanely spicy peppers and it literally Hurts to eat my sandwiches 😆

I must say excellent customer service. Very nice workers My 1st time here, broccoli soup was great. Had a veggie sandwich, asked for vinigarette, was told it would be on the side, it was not, therefore dry sandwich I rated a 2, needed the liquid esp after adding Italian seasoning had to toss it so no sandwich for me.

Connor and the girl working were phenomenal. The food was fast and hot. They had a crazy irate customer in the building who was obviously mentally unstable and they handled it very well.

I haven’t been there in a while the person who took our order was so rude I almost didn’t place it , instead of explaining the order process to me and informing me how there combo sandwiches worked she basically ordered for me and made me feel like I didn’t belong there . What these restaurants don’t realize is that people don’t usually say anything they just don’t ever go back there and I won’t EVER not to say I won’t ever go to potbelly again but I will never step foot in this particular location again.Thanks for making me feel unwanted

I went to try one of their shakes yesterday and was helped by a lovely girl named Kaleigh, she was super sweet with helping me pick out a shake and did not go wrong with suggesting the Oreo cookies and cream shake. It was so good I couldn’t help but leave a tip. I can’t wait to see what she suggests when I go back for a sandwich!
