“I went to Auntie Anne’s in Livonia, MI (Laurel Park) location on yesterday and my experience with Tenecka was amazing from start to finish. 😇 She was polite, friendly, and very kind. The original pretzel 🥨 Tenecka served me was fresh and very yummy. She also asked me what type of pretzels that I wanted and if I wanted purchase any other condiments or refreshments with my order. The best part about Auntie Anne's is their fresh-baked pretzels. They're soft, chewy, and perfectly salted. I love the classic pretzel, but they also have a variety of other flavors to choose from, like cinnamon sugar, jalapeno cheddar, and even pepperoni.

I also appreciate that Auntie Anne's offers a variety of dipping sauces. My personal favorite is the cheese sauce, but they also have mustard, marinara, and even a sweet and spicy sauce.

The staff at Auntie Anne's is always friendly and helpful. They're always happy to answer any questions I have about the menu or help me choose the perfect pretzel.

Yes, there is always a line at this location, but I feel like they are really efficient and I have never had any issues with my pretzel or cinnamon roll. I will continue to frequent this business .“
