Our server was good, she just had so many tables and kitchen was very slow and yesterday food was just ok!!

Horrible experience! Ordered food by phone and waited 1.5 hours for my order. Bartender is absolutely rude and gave an attitude. Manager never came out after multiple people asked for him/her. The customer service is horrible at this location- go elsewhere!

Our waitress was great wish I remembered her name.. food was good . Only thing I didn't like is having a reservation and still not being able to be seat until an hour later .

Got seated over an hour after our reservation time - nowhere to sit while we waited. Server did not provide silverware or straws, even when asked - we got them ourselves while our food got cold. Order was wrong, service was slow. Took over 2 and a half hours to be done. Horrible experience. Table next to us got up and left after being told their food would take another 45 minutes to prepare. Not going back, despite the coupons they gave us to apologize.

Went here with my sister Nephew and my twin boys. The waiter was very terrible. She never came to check on us to see if our meal was good or anything. She brought four waters to the table. Remind you it was five of us. I asked for lemons in our waters we did not get those When I ordered my son's food. I asked for cocktail sauce. He didn't get any, so of course I had to give him mine, which I love to eat my shrimp with cocktail sauce so I asked for some more it took about 20 minutes for me to get the cocktail sauce by that time everyone else was done eating and my food was cold. I asked them to reheat it. She said she had to get the manager by the time they brought my food back out to me the second time my sister is ready to pay the bill and ready to go and we never got our second round of order of biscuits that we asked for before our dinner came out.... The service here was the worst service that I ever encountered at this red lobster. It makes me not wanna go back I never did eat my meal by the way, so it was a waste of $100 bill. Will I go back maybe and be prepared to wait an hour even if they tell you 45 minutes oh and we got there around eight we did not leave out of there until 11:10 that's crazy for two mothers with their kids

I waited a hour to be seated and wait another hour for food and after the hour was over they told us that they didn’t have no silverware no seafood the manager had to go to different red lobster to go get food didn’t let us know until 2. Hours later when I got my food I order shrimp Alfredo and when I revived it was warm it tasted it like it was just sitting there I was disappointed my food was terrible

When me n my family arrive at Redlobster is was a 1 hour wait we got the text that are table was ready we go inside n seat down it took the waiting 20 25 mins to come to are table to get are order for drinks n food I order some stuffed mushrooms that I never got food was cold I had the Ultimate feast n my kids had shrimp Alfredo with extra sauce n shrimp for both of they order was dry when it came out

We went on Valentine's Day 2025 and had a reservation for 7:45. Didn't get sat down at our table until 8:40. We were told food would take 45 minutes or so once we ordered. It didn't come to our table until 10:30 pm. That's crazy. They did bring us some free salads while we waited. After asking for some of the bill to be comped they offered us two desserts but didn't comp the bill. By the time our food came we just asked for a box. We were so tired and wanted to just leave.
We asked the waitress what was going on and she said the kitchen was fully staffed. I don't think we should have been sat down if they couldn't promise us food in under an hour.

Terrible food and service. Took my family to dinner tonight spent over $50 for pre heated and nasty fish,labster(small) and dry rice. Not recommended.

We dinned here for my uncle’s birthday. The service was excellent. Our server Kirk was amazing and we had 14 people in our party. The manager Shay was amazing as well, she made our dinning experience enjoyable. The food was good. No complaints, I would recommend this location.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Went for valentines dinner and waited over 20 minutes at our table. No one came. Our server for our section walked past our table multiple times and never greeted us nor took our drink or food order. Coincidentally, we were most likely the only white people in there. We also had a reservation. Will never be coming back. Racism should not be tolerated by anyone.
