I went twice in the past week. It was close to the hotel where I was staying and I didn’t always feel like driving a long way for dinner and back to the hotel after a long day on the road for work.

The first time I was there I had a plain bacon cheeseburger. The second time I had the Smashed Avocado and Bacon. Both times the lettuce was wilted and browning. The second time the bun was so stale that it fell apart in my hands after two bites.

I was never offered a second round of fries when I was there the first time. Both times the fries that came with the burger were cold.

The wait staff were great with the refills on my drinks, the food was served fast, and I was seated quickly, but the quality of the food wasn’t worth the price.

Five Guys would be a better deal.

Dined in a few days ago, and was reflecting back to the conversation I had with your manager MaryKate. She was so kind, relatable, and funny! The staff was accommodating. And the food was great :)

Fun atmosphere. Food was great! We really enjoyed our meals and visit. You can talk to each other and hear each other. Background noise was good music, but not loud.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Balloons!!

If I can rate this place a zero I would. I came here to eat with my friends because one of them suggested it. My first impression of this place was the manager she was yelling at the host for what I heard was a simple mistake. As a manager at a restaurant, that is not the correct way to talk to an employee about a mistake. This is very unprofessional and looks very bad especially in front of other customers. I would never allow anyone to speak that way to my employees whether it’s a manager, a different employee, or a customer. This is very unbelievable behavior. Another thing I noticed is while I was seated at my table, the customers sitting in the booth next to me had something wrong with their order or something and when the manager came to help, which was the same one as before, she spoke to them rudely and overall she just looked like she wasn’t happy to be at work. Maybe she was just having a bad day or just not in the mood but those things shouldn’t affect the way she communicates/ acts with people. I feel bad for that employee that just had to stand there while getting yelled at. Everyone makes mistakes so no one should be treated like that over a mistake. I don’t recommend eating here at what feels like such a toxic environment. I wouldn’t even recommend working here like I wouldn’t want my kids, for example, getting yelled at like this. It’s unbelievable. I never really got the name of the manager but she wears glasses and she has a bunch of tattoos on her arms.

I haven’t been to this location in a few years and was looking forward to going. We ordered the soft pretzel bites and asked for honey mustard as well as the cheese it comes with. The water dropped off the pretzels with the cheese but forgot the honey mustard, not a big deal. The pretzels were good.
I ordered my burger and asked for raw onions. For my side I asked for the steamed broccoli with the garlic butter, not the garlic Parmesan. I get my burger and broccoli and my burger was missing the onions. I asked the waiter if I could get the onions and he asked me if I was sure they weren’t on the burger, maybe they were on the bottom so I pulled the burger off the bun to show there was no onions…. Why I had to prove it, I’m not sure. My broccoli had the strongest garlic smell…. when I used to order it with the garlic butter it was more of a garlic flavored butter, this literally had like 2 tablespoons of minced garlic…. Way too much for a side of broccoli and I couldn’t eat it. I told the waiter “please apologize to the kitchen for me, I must have got them mad with the garlic butter request…. “
The waiter even said it was a lot of garlic. But he didn’t offer a replacement or ask if I wanted a different side, he just took the plate away because we couldn’t handle the hefty garlic smell.
Needless to say, my return to this restaurant after a few years absence was not a great visit. Most likely will not return. For the prices charged here, I expect better customer service. Unfortunately my cell battery was dead and I couldn’t take pics of the garlic with the dude of broccoli.

I was looking for a place to celebrate my birthday, and someone recommended this restaurant chain for lunch with my husband. I was told to download the app to receive a free burger as a birthday gift.

When we arrived, they asked for my phone number and said that instead of a free burger, I was entitled to a $10 appetizer. We ordered a Coke each and the appetizer (a pretzel), which was enough for us, so we didn’t order the burger.

At the time of payment, we were shocked to find out that the appetizer was charged, and we were told that because our bill was too low, we weren’t eligible for the promotion.

It was, without a doubt, the worst birthday experience I’ve ever had. The staff member was extremely rude, and the overall experience was very disappointing. I felt compelled to share this terrible experience and express my dissatisfaction.

Burgers were good but dont count on free refills on fries and other sides. We were done with our dinners and refills never came for fries and cole slaw. The waiter informed the manager. The manager cam over with a takeout bag with an order of fries and cole slaw. Didn't consider that we may want to eat there lol. It was almost $40 for two burgers and fries without drinks for two of us. We went there because of the "free refill" on sides and are very disappointed with Red Robin's execution on their promises.
