Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Gor 3 weeks every Saturday, I order lunch for my son and myself.I usually order between 12-1, Nick is very courteous on the phone, but doesn't follow up after he puts me on hold, average time to get someone to take my order is 4-6 minutes. I called from 7 mile and Beck. She picked up the phone when I was on 6 mile east of Haggerty. Can't you fix this problem? I dont want to come back anymore. And usually when this happens, they don't get my order right, LIKE TODAY.

Burgers, fries, soft drink I'm in heaven. The only issue was our server. He never came back to our table to see if we needed anything else. I took away 3 stars for his neglect. On balance it's a great place to go and the food is dynamite.

The bleu ribbon burger really hit the spot . The wait staff was very attentive and professional. Really cool family atmosphere.

Came here after an electric sermon last Easter Sunday at 3am with a party of 17, and to our surprise they were still open and greeted us with open arms, just like the loving arms of Jesus Christ himself. Unfortunately there was a 2 hour wait, but luckily the lobby was fully stocked with Ouija boards and empty cream cheese containers, so the time just flew by. Our waitress Kim was such a master at her craft, she correctly predicted all of our orders without anyone saying a single word, including my special request for a kiwi pie with my burger. Her skills were so honed, she even made the food herself, while wearing a blindfold. World class. At one point, the manager came to our table dressed as The Lord himself and asked us if we would like to recreate the last supper. It was such a beautiful tribute. At the end of the night we went to pay, and the bus boy picked up the entire bill, saying that cleaning tables is the only thing he needs to feel satisfied in life. Absolute class act from everyone at Red Robin. Highly recommend.

I've been here a few times and the service & food is always awesome. With that said, I had a restaurant experience last week that I don't think I've ever had in my whole life. Kim was the most attentive server I've ever had and blew me away at how I literally did not have to ask for a SINGLE THING. She was on it the entire time, and was incredibly kind while doing so. Thank you, Kim!!🩷

Red Robin is your average American food restaurant so it’s a little pricey. This location has great staff - super friendly and on top of things. It’s appears very loud in there though - I works recommend turning down the music a few notches. The staff often have to ask you to repeat yourself because of the noise level.

Nice space.
They accommodated me after a power outage.
The server and host were both as sensitive and hospitable as anyone could possibly ask for within reason.
The Grilled Chicken Salad was superlative.
