I really liked it. You all need more waitstaff and stop charging a percentage to use debit and credit cards before you get in trouble. This practice is illegal and you will get put out of business and fined heavily. I already got those unnecessary charges reversed from my credit card.

1st vist was good. I was skeptical when we first pulled it but was pleasantly surprised. The decor is a little outdated but it was clean. The space is on the smaller side so the noise level is elevated but it makes for a fun time!

This place was very good, the decor could use some updating however. Although the service was excellent, food was very good. People were very nice, and very accommodating.Thank you for a very good dining experience, me and my wife will definitely come back.

Went this past Saturday. The food was good the teriyaki was amazing but two of my friends order side orders of habachi one was steak the other was shrimp. My friend who got the steak got four little cubes of meat and my friend with the shrimp got 5 pieces. They each payed 15$ for their side orders. They went to complain to the manager and they made them some more because of the poor experience however they only gave them each four more pieces and they were still not satisfied. Overall the teriyaki and sushi is good. However very pricy.

My first time at Sapporo and it want be the last. The food was excellent! Our cook and server was outstanding. If you meet Mike at the front checking you in, helping with the tables and answering phones. He is amazing. He was so busy and so polite. He was all over the place and never missed a beat with a customer. I am sure anyone would want this dedicated man working for them. I know you will enjoy the restaurant. Make sure you go with an empty stomach. They give you plenty of food.

My family is a customer from Wasabi Novi, because they were close we’re moving to Sapporo. At first they were ways better than Wasabi, but our recent 2 visit wasn’t fun at all. our favorite chef Hen wasn’t there anymore. He’s the reason why it’s fun and becomes our favorite restaurant. Our recent chef was quite, lack of communication and seems doesn’t like his job at all. For the price and the food quality we prefer to find other places.

I don’t really give 5 stars almost never so 4 from me is a fairly high ranking. We went here because we couldn’t get a table at Benihana. I’m glad that was the case ! This was better tasting and the soup and salad was the best I’ve ever had from a hibachi. The Veggies blew ichihan out of the water.
