The food was good and our chef was amazing. Our server was a bit lackluster. Bill was $290 and she wanted to charge me a surcharge for paying with a card.... uh yeah NO! TRY THAT ON SOMEONE ELSE. Also, gratuity was added and she was waiting on an additional tip, Miss you forgot our appetizers and didn't ask if we needed any refills. We did tip the Chef well because he deserved it. I love Sapporo. Please don't go away anytime soon! This Hibachi steakhouse is OUTSTANDING! Reminds me of Wasabi! I really loved the ambience and the food there too. I went to Sapporo a few weeks ago. Their hot sake, scallops and lobster were SUPERB! I will return. Shout out to Mike for remembering me from Wasabi!
